En este nuevo Daily Ted os cuento sobre una sorprendente noticia que ha salido recientemente en la prensa británica: Agatha Christie, la gran escritora superventas de novelas de crimen y misterio, "ha regresado" este año para impartir un curso de escritura en la plataforma digital de aprendizaje BBC Maestro.
Agatha Christie, a casi 50 años de su muerte, sigue siendo una referencia indiscutible del género y por esa razón, y con el beneplácito de la familia de la autora, BBC Maestro ha decidido contar con ella para este nuevo curso (ya disponible en la plataforma).
Y claro, os estaréis preguntando cómo es posible que Agatha Christie haya vuelto de la tumba para dar este curso...como muchos seguro ya imagináis, ha sido gracias a una sofisticada recreación digital impulsada por inteligencia artificial, usando a una actriz como base y utilizando archivos, entrevistas y notas personales. Y así, esta versión virtual de Christie enseña en vídeo sus técnicas para construir tramas, crear personajes memorables y mantener el suspense, al parecer todo con su impecable acento británico de otra época, y un tono cercano y cálido, como de abuela entrañable.
En el Daily Ted os cuento con más detalle sobre el curso, su producción y "generación" (o deberíamos decir "resucitación"?) de Christie, el debate ético que rodea a todo esto y algunas otras curiosidades más.
Como en tantas cosas relativas a nuevas teconologías, especialmente la inteligencia artificial, me siento un tanto dubitativo sobre qué pensar sobre esto...y también me encantaría saber vuestra opinión.
