La Asamblea de Carolina del Norte está por aprobar un proyecto de ley anti-inmigrante y racista. Se trata del proyecto HB 10 y es la tercera vez en 4 años que se presenta en el estado. Sin embargo, este año es diferente: el Partido Republicano se hizo con la súper mayoría y puede aprobar la ley y anular el veto del Gobernador demócrata.
¿Qué dispone la HB 10? Que los alguaciles se conviertan obligatoriamente en ayudantes del Servicio de Inmigración en sus condados.
