(00:00):
Hi, my name is Charlotte. I want to welcome you to Faith It Till You Make It
with my daddy, James Masse.
Me and my sister just want to thank you all for being here.
Hi, my name is Gracie Bell. We just want to remind you. Jesus loves you! Bye!
(00:22):
What's up, everybody? Welcome to Faith It Till You Make It.
I am your host, James Masse. So before we get started, I just want to make
it a habit to start off the show with some good news. Amen.
So no matter who you are, where you've been, what you've done,
or where you're headed, Jesus loves you.
He knows you by name and he has amazing plans for your life.
(00:42):
Jesus Christ willingly sacrificed himself for our salvation.
And then three days later, he rose again, conquering death, hell, and the grave.
All you have to do is believe in him, repent of your sins, invite him into your
heart, and follow his lead. I promise you, it will be the best and most important
decision of your entire life.
And if it sounds too good to be true, that's because it should be.
(01:03):
But luckily for us, there's Jesus.
And that is why we call it the good news.
Your ticket to heaven is already paid in full. So just pick up your cross and let's go.
Music.
What's up, guys? Welcome to episode 11. this one is titled jesus the great physician
(01:29):
so it's been a couple weeks i took a little,
break a lot has happened since the last
episode this episode tonight is going to be a little bit different it is very
personal very it's going to be very raw i guess i kind of been wrestling back
(01:50):
and forth with this episode because it's not going to be fun,
but it is going to be powerful.
We got news a few weeks ago that my mother has stage four lung cancer. her.
(02:14):
She went to the hospital with a headache and got rushed into emergency brain
surgery to have a tumor removed off her brain.
She survived that, which is already a miracle.
So there's, Ah, man.
(02:36):
Okay, so she started her treatment a few days ago, and that's where we're at. I don't really...
You know, it's just...
It's tough, and that's really all I'm going to say.
(02:58):
But this episode is, you know, dedicated to my mom. Her name is Rhonda.
She's tough, you know. She's a tough woman. Probably the toughest woman I ever met.
So I just, we're praying for a miracle, and your prayers are appreciated.
And, you know, God does miracles every single day. God has a plan, and I trust him.
(03:21):
And you know i just want to say mom i love you and keep on fighting and this
episode is going to talk a lot about obviously the title is jesus the great
physician so we're going to talk about,
we're going to talk about jesus the great physician right so i'm going to dig into.
(03:42):
Once once this happened after you know the the reality set in and the processing
went through True, which I'm still processing it.
I'm sure, you know, she is too, the rest of our family. But I knew immediately
that I was going to talk about this and I was going to talk about,
(04:02):
you know, in the book of Mark,
the woman with the issue of blood, because that's just the first thing that came to my mind.
So there's just so many amazing, you know, stories in the Bible about,
you know, Jesus's miracles and the healing that he did.
And this one, though, really jumped out at me.
(04:26):
It always has. Actually, a little fun fact about this show. when I was,
when I had decided that I was going to do it.
Faith Until You Make It always was like the name I leaned toward the most.
Obviously it's what I picked, but there was a number two was the fringe of his
(04:47):
robe, something along those lines, because something about that story,
man, just really stuck. It just really stuck with me.
That woman, the woman with the issue of blood, it just really, really stuck with me.
And just the interaction between her and Jesus and the apologetic approach she
had because of the culture then and the uncleanliness of the situation and just his reaction.
(05:14):
It's just such an, it's actually, I'm actually going to read that.
I'm going to read it right from my NLT version right here after we talk about it a little bit.
It, so, all right, let's just, yeah, like I said, this episode might be a little
different, a little emotional, but, you know, it's gonna be a little more raw than usual,
but I think, you know, it might not be the same, your mom might not have stage four cancer,
(05:39):
but we're all healing, we're all fighting, we're all surviving,
we're all praying for a miracle, you know, in some aspect or another,
so I think this could be a very, you know, powerful episode,
regardless of what But your situation is...
So, just bear with me. I'm getting it together here. This is a tough one.
(06:01):
But here we go. Jesus, the great physician. So, let's jump into the healing
of the woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5.
So, just a little quick rundown. Woman suffering from a hemorrhage, right?
She was bleeding for 12 years. Okay? She tried everything.
And nothing worked. She went to all these different doctors,
(06:22):
just kind of like us, right?
Tried all these different things. I tried healing stones. I tried yoga. I tried the psychic.
You know, nothing works. Nothing. It just kept getting worse.
Yeah, well, you know, try Jesus, right?
Try Jesus. And something beautiful that came from this, you know,
if you don't have Jesus, you can't really understand this.
(06:43):
But for me, having my mother on the other end of the phone as she's going in
for emergency brain surgery,
she received Jesus Jesus, with me over the phone, which was amazing to me because
something that obviously was weighing on me,
that's for all of my family members who are unsaved and all my loved ones and
all my friends and even just people I come across who I know are unsaved,
(07:08):
but especially her, you know, especially my family.
So she professed it with her mouth,
you know, and I know that I've planted a lot of seeds in her heart
so i'm just you know she's been asking questions about
baptism she's been asking questions about what jesus thinks
about this and that and you know
it's just faith is not something that we had in my family
(07:30):
i'm kind of like the first one i mean my grandmother went to church and stuff
like but nothing like this nothing like where i'm at now faith wise so i'm reaching
back you know what i mean i want to i want to i'm standing in the gap and fighting
these generational curses so they can't get near my kids.
But I'm reaching back too. You know, I want my mother and my grandmother and my sister and my family.
(07:58):
I want them all. I want them all there. I want them all to get in,
you know? It's a family affair, right?
So, you know, I look at this like, you know, this life on earth is so short, right?
But eternity is eternity, right? And I told, I said, mommy, listen,
like, this is real. Like, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
(08:18):
It is real. I've seen enough.
I've been deep enough to understand that this is, this is all real things that
I was curious if they were real or not.
So I went on a men's retreat last weekend and let me tell you something,
the way the Holy Spirit moved brought me to a whole nother level of realizing
how real this, all this, like people drop in and speaking in tongues.
(08:39):
It's all real. It's real stuff.
Like I'm not going to go into that and spook anybody, but I'm going to tell you it's all real.
Okay. So grab onto Jesus, is touch the fringe of his robe, do whatever you got
to do, you know what I'm saying, because.
You want to hear well done, you want to get in, you want to get in,
(09:01):
tell your mom, tell your cousin, tell your friend, tell that person at work,
you know, so many people think I'm a good person, I should just go to heaven,
you know what, maybe you're right, maybe you're you're right by human standards.
Maybe you are a good person, but that doesn't matter because that's not what Jesus said.
(09:22):
That's not what he said. He said, I, I am the way, the truth,
and the life, and nobody comes to the father except through me, period.
Don't matter how good you are. Mother Teresa is not good enough without Jesus, period.
That's it. They said, Jesus, you're good. He said, don't call me that.
I'm not good. Only the father's good.
Now, if Jesus said that, then the goodness you think you have in you is just
(09:44):
pride, that's the devil, that's the devil playing with your pride,
that's the biggest trick, that's his biggest trick, you know how many good.
People are in hell right now because they thought I should get in,
no, this is going in way left field, but I'm really feeling a strong pull in
this direction, so here we go, don't feel like You're entitled to anything.
(10:12):
You are entitled to nothing. We are entitled to nothing.
This is all a gift. This life is a gift. It's a miracle already that you were even born a human.
It's a miracle already that you were even born. Do you understand that?
God is not, people say like, oh, well, if Jesus is the only way, then keep it.
(10:33):
I don't want it. Okay, you're going to answer for that, one.
And two, you're going to regret that because you can think you're as tough as
you want to be until you're sitting in hell.
Where there's gnashing of teeth and lakes of fire, okay?
Because we are not entitled to anything. Jesus, he's not strong.
(10:53):
Oh, how could a God who loves me so much send me to hell? That's what people say, right?
God is not sending you to hell, okay? Hell was never even created for humans.
Hell was created for the devil and the fallen angels, right?
But the devil is so bitter because he messed up one time.
(11:13):
And got cast out of heaven, right? And we get to mess up over and over and over
and keep running back to God because of Jesus, because we're saved by faith,
but because we're saved by grace through faith in Jesus, right?
So the devil is like, he's like a punk.
He's like a teenager. He's like just a bad teenager who just loves to poke at authority, right?
(11:39):
So what he's going to do is he's going to try to steal as many souls as possible
and send them to hell with him.
But, and this is like, this is the crazy thing. Like all these like celebrities
and stuff who sell their soul to the devil because they're probably promised
all these things. The devil's a liar.
The devil's not even in charge of hell. God is.
See, like, like no one knows this. No one realizes this, man.
(12:04):
I don't know what brought me in this direction, but let's get back. Well, what was that?
What was that? so what I was getting at is don't feel
entitled like oh you're
going to strong arm me into accepting Jesus so I can get into
heaven but what if I'm a Muslim or what if I'm a Hindu or what if I'm this that
or the other thing well you could be all those things if you want to be you
can be all those things if you want to be but Jesus said I am the way the truth
(12:30):
and the life and nobody comes to the Father except through me.
He was very clear. He was very clear.
So don't look at it like I'm getting strong-armed to accept Jesus or I can't get into heaven.
No, look at it like, or how could a God who loves me send me to hell?
He's not sending you to hell.
You were born in a fallen world, right?
(12:52):
That is riddled with sin, right?
So we come out and our carnal nature is already sinful, period.
It's just a fact. We live in a fallen world.
So you're already from birth headed to hell because the price for sin is death.
(13:18):
Even in the Old Testament, they had to kill all these animals,
a lamb and two doves, a chicken, a turtle. I don't even know.
It was literally a bloodbath. They would just be slaughtering animals.
Right? But God sent Jesus here because his blood was so perfect and so powerful,
it covers every sin for all eternity for everyone.
I mean, you want to have pride about, I deserve to go to heaven without Jesus?
(13:43):
That's the devil playing with your pride because Because don't look at it like
this God who loves me so much is sending me to hell.
No, you're already on your way to hell. God is throwing you a life raft.
So you're on this ship and this ship from the day you were born is sinking,
right? But this ship is so fun.
It's got casinos and parties and drugs and sex and alcohol and porn and all
(14:09):
the things that humans love, right?
All the things the flesh loves.
But it's going down. The ship is going down.
Now God, even after giving you this beautiful life and giving you free will
to make these choices of how you want to live it, he throws you a life raft named Jesus Christ.
(14:31):
So if you want to jump off that fun cruise ship that's headed to hell,
it's sinking, you have an opportunity to jump off that ship and grab onto that life raft.
That's like they throw the life raft and
you're so proud you're saying i'm not you couldn't throw
me a fun life raft this thing is just like plain white you want me to jump off
(14:52):
this ship and grab on to that my legs are going to be in the water it's going
to be cold this is what you sound like this is what i sounded like this is what
humans sound like you didn't earn heaven you can't earn heaven.
That's why Jesus had to go earn it for you. And all you got to do is receive
him, believe, and you get to stroll into heaven.
(15:16):
You don't deserve it. I don't deserve it. Mother Teresa didn't deserve it.
Jesus is the only one who deserves it. And because he loves us so much, he paid our way.
Think of that next time you want to say, I'm a good person. I should just get in.
Okay? I'm sorry I went in that direction. Let's get back to it.
(15:40):
Listen, I had no plans on even talking about that or even thinking about that,
but it felt so strong that maybe one of you needed to hear it.
Maybe I needed to hear it. I don't know.
But let's jump back into this. Whew. Whew.
A lot going on over here. So anyway, the woman with the issue of blood exemplifies
(16:01):
a personal desperation, right? And faith.
So she anonymously, right? She like snuck into the crowd and touched Jesus's robe, right?
But when she expected to be like reprimanded, right? Or even killed.
I mean, back then they would stone you for everything.
They stone you for everything, right?
(16:22):
But it led to a public acknowledgement.
Her healing, it led to a public acknowledgement of her healing and of Jesus's
compassionate affirmation of her faith, right?
Like Jesus publicly was like, your faith has healed you, right?
(16:42):
Your faith. Let me jump into here because I'm all over the place.
I got to just, sorry, this might be a little sloppy, a little raw,
but, you know, we'll get back on track next week, unless this is more than one
episode, but you know what I'm saying, our next,
our next one's gonna be tight, tighter, you know, smoother, so, bear with me.
(17:07):
So this is Mark 5, 25 through 30-something, 34, this is the woman with the issue of blood, blood.
A woman in the crowd had suffered for 12 years with constant bleeding.
She had suffered a great deal from many doctors.
And over the years, she had spent everything she had to pay them,
(17:28):
but she hadn't gotten any better. In fact, she got worse.
She had heard about Jesus, so she came up behind him through the crowd and touched his robe.
For she thought to herself, if I can just touch his robe, I'll be healed.
Immediately the bleeding stopped and she could feel in her body that she'd been
healed of her terrible condition.
(17:50):
Jesus realized that once that healing power had gone out from him.
So he turned around in the crowd and asked, who touched my robe?
His disciples said to him, look at this crowd pressing around you.
How can you ask who touched you?
But he kept on looking around to see who had done it.
Then the frightened woman, trembling at the realization of what had happened
(18:12):
to her, came and fell to her knees in front of him and told him what she'd done
and he said to her daughter,
daughter here she is worrying that she might get stoned to death you know because
she was ritually unclean in hebrew tradition right so she's like i might die for this.
(18:33):
But there's Jesus, turns around, says, daughter, your faith has made you well.
Go in peace. Your suffering is over.
Your faith, your faith has made you well, he said.
Go in peace. Your suffering is over.
Amazing. That's amazing.
(18:56):
So, man, all throughout scripture, right?
And in this episode, we're going to be talking about this. But all throughout scripture,
all these different people, right, that Jesus healed, like everyone that Jesus
wanted to heal, right, everyone that Jesus touched was healed.
(19:17):
But she touched him and she was freed, right? Like she was made whole.
That's amazing. amazing, it's like, if, if, if Jesus has to come find you,
right, like, you, you'll get your blessing,
(19:40):
right, but when you go looking for him, like, you go looking for him, he could fix it all.
Right, every single person in the Bible that Jesus touched got healed,
but she touched him, him and she got made whole.
When Jesus comes to find you, he gives you a miracle, right?
(20:01):
I am living proof of that. He pulled me out. He saved me. He rescued me.
That's it. I don't care if people think on Instagram I'm crazy.
I talk about Jesus too much. Even people that might hear this for that new,
the past me, like you think that doesn't cross my mind?
You think the devil doesn't play with that, of course, it doesn't matter.
(20:24):
Because I've come to a point in my faith where bringing up my past or pointing
out my past, whether it's someone or the devil or even me, right?
Digging into my past is like breaking into the house I grew up in as a child, right?
(20:46):
I don't live there anymore You might find some memories You might find some
stuff But you won't find me Because I'm not there anymore,
I'm a new creation The old is dead and gone And the new Has come So You won't
(21:07):
find me there And you can't drag me back there.
The devil tries every single day. But I've been saved by grace through faith in Jesus.
We all have. It's just a matter of realizing it and accepting it. And you should.
(21:30):
Because who the Son sets free is free indeed.
And that is such a truth. That is such a true statement. it.
And I know this because when I was broken and had nowhere to turn to,
I cried out to him and he showed up.
(21:52):
So you can say whatever you want. It doesn't matter to me.
I know because I've experienced it. I've experienced him.
And now I'll spend every day the rest of my life. Yeah, am I going to slip?
Of course. I'm human. I need a savior.
That's why I'm a Christian. That's why I need Jesus, am I going to slip every single day?
Am I going to learn? Yep. Every single day. Am I going to grow? Yep.
(22:17):
But am I going to chase Jesus every single day, every single day for the rest
of my life and then into eternity?
Period. That's it.
Because, because when Jesus comes to you and he rescues you,
he really, really rescues you.
That's why these people, you ever notice some of these people who are born again,
(22:39):
who like lived a really rough life, didn't have God in their life,
didn't grow up in church.
And I'm not just saying this because this is me, but like even other people
like who, man, those just, it's a different kind of, it's a different kind of
loyalty, gratitude. Gratitude? I don't know what it is.
(22:59):
Because when you've seen both sides, right?
Like, listen, this is the kind of life I want to give to my daughters,
where they don't even know the other side.
This is why I'm standing in this gap and fighting these generational curses
and these bondages and these demons, because I don't want them near them.
I refuse to allow them near them.
Right? Familiar spirits, like people think this stuff is all fake.
(23:21):
Of course you think it's fake, because the devil means for you to think it's fake.
Because you can't fight a war when you don't even know where the battle's taking place.
So keep watching Netflix and scrolling TikTok because that's exactly what the
devil wants you to be doing while he's attacking your life.
While he's pumping you full of anxiety and depression.
(23:42):
While he's distracting you from your purpose and your calling and your dreams and your gifts.
One more episode. One more episode. And listen, I'm not preaching at you because
when football season comes around, I will sit there and watch 12 hours of football.
Like I don't even turn my TV on all year, but you know, football gets me.
And I know that. And the devil knows that too.
(24:04):
And sometimes, yeah, I'll get numb scrolling social media too. It happens.
But it's an occasion when it used to be a problem, but it's a big problem for the world.
It's especially a problem when you don't think it's a problem right i don't
(24:26):
even know i'm like man anyways yeah but when jesus comes to you you know he
he comes he saves miracles blessings,
but when you when you go to him when you really really pursue him like this
woman like the woman with the issue of blood he could fix it all god does miracles
(24:49):
every single day man so like my mom if you're fighting for your life or you
have a family member fighting for their life or,
it doesn't even have to be fight you know an illness,
anything we're all fighting everybody's in a fight life is a fight right.
If not today, tomorrow, because sometimes you're on the top of the mountain,
(25:12):
and sometimes you're in the valley, right, look at Moses, spent 99%,
I mean, Moses, we're talking about,
he was on the mountaintop, right, he spent most of his life at the bottom of
the mountain, so we're going to jump into Mark, in the book of Mark,
the healing of the paralytic, right, right?
(25:33):
Jesus heals a man who was paralyzed, right?
And he was, and this is another reason you got to watch who you surround yourself with, right?
People are like, oh, well, Jesus hung out with sinners. Yeah,
but like, you're not Jesus, right?
Like, Jesus hung around with sinners, but he changed them.
He didn't allow them to change him. But we're not Jesus, right?
(25:54):
And I'm not saying, like, turn away or whatever, but like, you know,
bad company can infect good character.
That's a a fact, you become who, who,
you know, I forget this, they say, like, your five closest, you become,
like, the, you know, your five closest friends, so that's when I immediately
realized, like, my closest friends got to be Jesus and the Holy Spirit,
(26:17):
you know what I mean, like, that's, that's it, and, you know,
my daughters, and, you know, some other, I don't know, they say you become like
the five people who you're closest to, right?
So you need to make at least one of them Jesus. It'll help a lot, right?
But this is why you got to watch who you surround yourself with because Jesus
(26:41):
healed the paralyzed man.
And how did the paralyzed man get to Jesus? Well, his friends carried him to where Jesus was.
And not only did they carry him, when they couldn't get him in,
they carried him up to the roof, ripped the roof apart, and dropped him down
into the house through the roof.
You got friends who do that for you, right?
I don't think many people do, but this story highlights Jesus's authority to
(27:04):
forgive sins and heal any physical ailments.
We see that like faith and determination of this man's friends.
This is why it's so important who you surround yourself with, right?
If you're a Christian, listen, I'm not giving you dating advice or any other kind of advice,
but I saw something that said, if you're single and you're a Christian,
(27:25):
just run as fast as you can at God and if you notice somebody who can keep up
with you introduce yourself,
listen that is the best advice I've ever heard in my life and it is.
It's changed my life, honestly. There is no consideration, right?
Like when I first found Jesus, it was like, will I get married again?
(27:48):
Will I date, would I date someone who's not Christian? Would I like go and, you know, whatever?
Well, in my own personal experience, I had a conviction about that immediately.
Right before I got baptized, I am dating someone now, and she is obviously a
Christian, but it's not even a second thought.
(28:12):
There's just absolutely no way for me that I could date a non-Christian.
I mean, because it's just, I mean, it's just, it's just not possible.
I think it's not possible if you truly make your mind up that your life is going
to be like, I don't want to say dedicated, but like,
(28:35):
yeah, if you make that choice that you're going to live your life and pursue
Jesus for the rest of your days, you need to have a partner who wants that same thing, right?
If you want to have a life that, if you want to have the life God means for
you to have, he has to be in that life, right?
(28:59):
If you want a marriage that is Holy, or... I hate this.
I don't... That was the wrong word. I just...
I don't know, I'm all over the place tonight, but we're going to keep this,
we're going to keep this for all, long story short, for me, as for me and my
(29:19):
house, we will serve the Lord, period, that goes for my wife, that goes for my kids,
that goes for my dog, right, my, right, yes,
so, I mean,
I don't have a dog, but when I, when I get one, he's a Christian dog, period,
probably name him Moses or something crazy, but like who you surround yourself
(29:42):
with, you, you can't go to church on Sundays and then, man,
I'm not prepared.
I'm not prepared for this. I'm not prepared for this direction right now.
So we're just going to stop right there. I'm probably going to have to delete
a bunch of stuff I just said.
All I'm saying is the story of the paralytic, we see the faith and determination
(30:08):
of this man's friends, right?
Who go to great lengths to bring him to Jesus, showcasing the importance of
community and support and seeking healing.
Community and support and seeking healing, right?
That's good. That's good. And this is the thing too, like support, right? Prayer.
(30:30):
Prayer is so powerful and so important.
And listen, I am pretty deep into my walk with Jesus. I know it hasn't been
long, but it's been intense and intentional.
And accelerated. I grew so fast, but my roots were not deep enough.
(30:50):
And then I crashed, diminished right when the wind when the wind came this second
time around i i focused on my foundation more and it changed everything i mean
that's what happens when you're so full of passion and you you lack the wisdom right but,
And this is why it's important too, like my friends, right?
(31:11):
I have church friends, like a community at church, right?
The men's ministry, my pastor, some people who I'm just close with.
And then I have the girl who I'm dating, who is also very deep in her faith, right? Right.
And that's just at a certain point in your walk, if you plan on continuing on
(31:36):
that path, you need that.
Right. You need to be surrounded by that. I couldn't imagine.
That's a story for another day. All I'm saying is that's like how it is now,
even with people coming into my life, like friends. Right.
Like, I'm not saying this person isn't spiritual enough not for me,
no, like, I like to, I still like to reach back, there's people who I have, like,
(32:00):
I have contact with now who come to me asking me things, like,
about Jesus and spiritual, and, like, faith, and I hate to say spirituality,
no, I'm a Christian, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior, but they,
you know, some people call it that, because I won't use the word religious,
because I'm, you know, you know how I feel about that, I am not religious,
(32:22):
you could be as religious as you want and not even know who Jesus is,
that's obviously, look at the Bible, look at the Pharisees, you know,
but yeah, asking questions and like, I want to lift people up,
I want to save souls, I want to feed his sheep, I want to lead the sheep, you know, to Jesus,
right, to the body of Christ, but I'm talking about like daily contact, friends.
(32:48):
I just, I got nothing in common with people who don't anymore with people who
don't want to hear about, talk about, be about, pursue Jesus.
That's it. And that's where my loyalty is because like I said,
when no one else was there, he showed up.
That's it period i'm his right they
(33:11):
say oh what's your pronoun well his right
what's your pronoun my pronoun is his how do
you identify a child of god that's it all right so i might get me i might get
a call from hr over that but i don't care i didn't write the bible i just believe
every word in it that's it that's my that's my story i'm sticking to that anyway
(33:33):
but hey that's no you You know, I'm not spreading anything.
Jesus said, love people where they're at. So I love you where you're at regardless, or I'll try my best.
I'm not Jesus, but I try to be as much like him as I can.
Right? I fail a lot more than I pass, but I'm growing.
Anyways, so that was the healing of the paralytic, right? His friends,
(33:56):
his friend's faith got him healed. That's amazing, right?
Let's get friends like that. Let's get girlfriends like that,
boyfriends like that, husbands and wives like that.
Let's help people become that, right?
Let's reach you back, right? Maybe your grandpa's not saved or your uncle.
I know it's easier said than done, trust me. it took, it took a cancer diagnosis
(34:23):
for me to be able to, I mean, I've been working on my mom, I've been planting
seeds for sure, my sister, my mom, my grandma.
But it took that phone call for me to just push,
really push, intrusively push, right, it's sad, but that's what it took,
you know, it's hard in this world, man, this world is so broken,
(34:48):
it's so mixed up, but everybody needs Jesus, and you know, once you find him,
you realize, you really realize what's been missing your entire life,
all right guys, here we are again,
the spirit hijacked this episode big time, I was all over the place,
I figured because it's been kind of an emotional couple of weeks,
so I came in here pretty loose, pretty open to To see what was going to happen.
(35:14):
And we jumped all over the place. I have like a bunch more scriptures about
Jesus the great physician.
So we're going to call this part one. And we will be back next week with part two.
I pray you have a blessed week. And we will see you next time.
(35:34):
Whether you know it or believe it, Ephesians tells us that we do not wrestle
against flesh and blood, but against principalities and the rulers of the darkness
in this world. So, let's pray.
Father, I take up the full and complete armor of God over everybody under the sound of my voice.
I declare and decree the cross and the blood of Jesus to protect us,
our families, and our peoples.
Father, with the power of prayer and all of your promises in Scripture,
(35:57):
I take up the belt of truth.
I take up the breastplate of righteousness. I take up the boots of the gospel
of peace. I take up the shield of faith, I take up the helmet of salvation,
and I take up the sword of the Spirit.
I take up the full and complete armor of God. I declare and decree that no weapon
formed against us shall ever prosper.
That God will never leave us nor forsake us. That God's plan is to bless us and not to harm us.
(36:22):
And that greater is He who is in us than he who is in this world.
I bind and rebuke any plan or scheme that the enemy tries to form against us.
I claim the word of God. I claim the power of the Holy Spirit.
I claim all of God's armies of angels in heaven.
And I claim the precious blood of my Lord and Savior over our protection.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, amen.
(36:46):
Music.
Amen. This is Faith Until You Make It with James Masse, and I just want to
thank everybody for being here.
(37:07):
I pray that you guys leave with a little bit more than you came with.
Get out there and tell somebody about the show. And while you're out there,
definitely tell somebody about Jesus. Love you all. God bless you,
and we'll see you next time.
