MSG is found naturally in some foods and The FDA says it is safe to eat.

Even acclaimed researchers from Harvard and the Mayo clinic state there is no evidence showing these additives are harmful.

Yet many people claim it negatively impacts their health.

So, are these people making up health claims or is there really something to pay attention to?

Today I give a warm welcome to my guest, Dr. Katie Reid, the founder of Unblind My Mind, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health of individuals and families through informed food choices.

We discuss the negative impacts of this FDA approved flavoring has on our whole being, including our mental state. Tune in to learn how you can identify if you are eating this and having health repurcussions.

It was fascinating to learn about Dr. Reids intervention with her young daughter who was diagnosed with Autism and how she helped her recover to become a healthy functioning young woman by eliminating these neurotoxic ingredients from her diet.
