In this episode of Feelings with Strangers, I sit down with Dr. Catherine Clinton, a licensed naturopathic physician whose profound healing journey led her to embrace Quantum Biology. Dr. Clinton shares how our bodies are deeply connected to the world around us in all of its unseen forces: the sun's rays, the magnetic vibration of the earth, the sound of the trees, to the flow of the waters. The embrace of this relational interconnectedness is what leads to true health. Ancient cultures and indigenous peoples have known this for thousands of years; modern science is now catching up.

As a licensed naturopathic physician, Dr. Clinton has spent over 17 years helping people overcome their health issues. Diagnosed with two autoimmune conditions and Lyme disease while in medical school, she began the long and difficult journey of healing — a path that led to a commitment to help others not only heal physically but to return to the relationships we evolved from over millennia with a deeper sense of health and belonging.

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
