We clenched our jaws.
We tightened our shoulders.
We carried stress in our hips.
We were constantly preparing forimpact even when nothing was happening.

That's what black hole living does.
It tells the body, "you are notsafe." And so the body responds with
tension, compression and contraction.
And maybe we've called it willpower orambition or self-control, but underneath

And what happens in that paradigmis we disconnect from the very
thing that's trying to protect us.
We see our body as the problem,when really it's the part of
us still carrying the wound.

Because distortion can't create vitality,it can only replicate more distortion.
