Dramaturgie ist nie neutral. Sie formt den Blick, entscheidet, welche Figuren Tiefe bekommen und welche Bedeutungen eine Geschichte setzt. Deshalb fordere ich: Mehr Haltung in der Dramaturgie!
Auslöser der Folge ist ein Vorfall mit einem Kollegen, der sagte, er würde „auch Goebbels genauso beraten wie jeden anderen“. Warum das kein Zeichen von Professionalität ist, sondern die Verwechslung von Handwerk mit Wertefreiheit – und was verantwortungsvolle Dramaturgie wirklich leistet.
Ich entzaubere drei Mythen:

„Ich berate nur wie, nicht was erzählt wird.“

„Haltung bedroht die künstlerische Freiheit.“
