Goat Lab Brewery in Lowell isn’t just a brewery. it’s a part of a complex that was inspired by owner Bill Adams time in the military while stationed in Germany. Of course, we all know about the Grove Comedy Club, but there’s more to the complex, and Bill will tell us all about it.

Also, why Lowell? If you’ve been around long enough, you’ll remember that the Grove was initially in Rogers, so why’d it move?

Finally, when getting Goat Lab together, Bill was extorted. He tells us what happened. It was a stressful time for sure.
