本集我們討論《Postcolonial Global Justice》一書，重新思考「反殖」的意義——它不僅僅是驅逐殖民者、建立主權國家，而是一場追求全球平等與社會公義的深層反思。
從非洲到亞洲，從 Nkrumah 到 Fanon、Césaire、Nehru，我們探索後殖民思想家如何挑戰現有的世界秩序，並思考以下問題：
1／ 反殖是否必然通向民族國家的建立？ 2／ 「平等」的核心理念如何被轉化為經濟與制度上的不平等？ 3／ 為什麼香港的自決論述往往停留在政治層面，而忽略了階級與資本問題？ 4／ 在全球投資體系（investment regime）下，中國與香港如何同時成為壓迫與共犯？ 5／ 我們能否重新想像一種超越主權與大國二元對立的「跨本土」國際連結？
節目中，我們從「新殖民主義」的結構出發，剖析國際投資協定（BITs）如何再製不平等與依附；並從反殖思潮中反思真正的自由不能止於政治象徵，而必須來自結構性的轉變。 同時，我們也從香港的經驗出發——無論是 2019 年的罷工、金融階層的沉默，或移民後的道德焦慮——探問香港人如何在後殖民的世界秩序中，學習不再重複壓迫的邏輯，而是與他者共構新的連結與想像。 延伸閱讀： Postcolonial Global Justice. Princeton University Press, 2025.
