「自決」究竟代表什麼？是民族的獨立權利，還是一種在既有國家框架中追求自主的想像？從馬克思、列寧到威爾遜，自決一詞歷經戰爭與冷戰的洗禮，成為國際法裡曖昧又矛盾的原則。
這一集，我們嘗試從香港的歷史經驗出發，跨到原住民族的行動，並追溯「自決」在不同語境中的流變。我們討論：

自決與獨立是否劃上等號？

原住民族如何在定居殖民與國家主權的夾縫中，實踐不依附於國家的自決？

國際秩序的形成與偶然性——是否需要等待下一個危機，才可能迎來新的政治秩序？

當代哲學如何重新想像「不支配」(non-domination) 的自決，而不是孤立的「不干預」？
節目中，我們也分享了《Braiding Sweetgrass》等文本如何展現原住民族的知識與土地關係，並探問：自決能否意味著人類、土地與非人類生命的共生？
