本集邀請國際倡議者、前區議員、現居英國的 Carmen Lau，帶我們從她的家族故事出發，探討香港被忽視的「水上人」歷史。
Carmen 分享了自己作為大澳蜑家人後代的身分記憶：從祖父母在棚屋落腳，到 2000 年大澳大火背後的收地陰影，再到火災後大澳被塑造成「東方威尼斯」的旅遊敘事。她反思水上人如何在殖民政府與香港政府的治理中被邊緣化，既無法獲得丁權保障，也在旅遊化過程中失去原有的生活空間。
