本集邀請到來自台灣歐佈諾伙族（Opohono）部落、現於Cornell University (康乃爾大學) 攻讀人類學博士的 Leeve Palray，帶我們進入台灣原住民族的歷史與當代處境。 我們從「山地／平地」的殖民分類說起，回顧清朝番界政策、日本殖民統治到國民黨延續的治理邏輯，揭示了「空間綁定人」如何深刻影響台灣原住民的身分認同與法律地位。

2/ 為什麼原住民族的身分認定往往交織血統、文化、性別與父權的多重邏輯？
3/ 「平埔族」為何至今仍未獲得完整的法定承認？

節目中，我們也對照香港經驗，反思「香港人」身分的定義困境：當我們以為可以輕易劃界時，往往忽視了歷史的複雜性與多重矛盾。
