Renate Fallbrüg ist Leiterin des KDA in der Nordkirche. Warum kümmert sich eigentlich die Kirche um das Thema Arbeit? Hat unser Glaube Einfluss auf das Arbeitsleben? Wie arbeitet der KDA eigentlich?
Ich habe einen großen Haufen Fragen für das Gespräch mit Renate Fallrüg zusammengesammelt. Besonders interessiert mich, was es braucht, damit Arbeit Spaß macht. Ich treffe öfter mal Leute, die am Mittwoch schon das Wochenende herbeisehnen. Liegt das in der Natur der Sache? Oder könnte es nicht vielleicht auch anders gehen? Bringt ihr Arbeit Spaß?
Renate Fallbrüg hat eine tolle Ausstrahlung. Warmherzig, und erfrischend humorvoll. Dabei ist sie angenehm bodenständig und dicht dran an dem, wie Arbeitsleben für viele funktioniert. Es ist wichtig, dass Kirche sich da nicht raushält, sagt sie. Denn Arbeit prägt die Menschen. Und sie fügt hinzu: „Da, wo Menschen unmittelbar betroffen sind, ist Gott nicht weit.“
