Vi småbørnsforældre vil så gerne leve op til idealerne, at vi utrætteligt jagter sandheder om børnetrivsel og børnesundhed, der skal validere vores forventninger til os selv - forventningen om at være helt perfekte forældre. Intet mindre kan ligesom gøre det.
Men når vi samtidig skal have et fuldtidsjob, enten fordi vi er nødt til det, fordi vi vil, eller måske begge dele, er vi allerede bagud på point. For de gode forældre vil da hellere være hjemme end at gå på arbejde, ikke? Eller hvordan er det nu lige?
Vi taler om forældre i fuldtidsjob, og hvilke kampe man bør og ikke bør tage for at skabe en god balance mellem to af livets vigtigste aspekter - uden dårlig samvittighed.
