Vores kolleger er en gave for vores arbejdsliv, og mange af os vil gerne investere meget i at holde en god relation til dem, vi går på arbejde med. Men som forælder kan det være svært at vise vores kolleger hele vores potentiale og gode humør, fordi vi periodevis mangler både tid og overskud. Og når vi ovenikøbet er nødt til at forlade kontoret tidligt flere dage om ugen, for at nå at hente børnene, inden det begynder at blive pinligt, kan den dårlige samvittighed overfor vores kolleger begynde at tage overhånd.
Vi taler med to kolleger, der står i to vidt forskellige livssituationer. Den ene har børn, den anden har ikke. Hvad betyder det for deres relation, at deres privatliv er så forskellige? Kan man blive misundelig på den andens privilegier?
