We’re going to talk about how your brain searches for stability, why you keep staying busy without fixing the real issue, and how to use Outcome-Based Routine Blocks (OBR's) to reset with intention. You’ll learn how to use a FAST stack to bring yourself back into focus, how to identify where things started falling apart, and how to build your first intentional stack from a predictable anchor.

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to recognize that you are the pattern interrupt. You get to choose something different. This episode is your permission to stop trying to overhaul your entire life and instead take one small, grounded step in the right direction—one that’s actually designed for the season you’re in.
