This documentary dramatizes the true story of the notorious Northwest outlaw Harry Tracy. In 1902, Tracy’s string of public and bloody shootouts and escapes in the deep woods of the Northwest and through the city of Seattle ended in a dramatic standoff in Eastern Washington that brought the desperado to international infamy.
