What's up, everybody? Welcome to the Haunts and Legends podcast.
This is our first episode. If you don't know who we are, I'm Sierra.
That's Ray. I'm Ray. And this is Haunts and Legends.
Welcome, everyone. It's really happening, guys.
Everybody can join in. Say hi.

(01:18):
If my mom's not here, I'm going to be very upset. Just putting that out there.
Hello, Spectro Paranormal. How's it going? What's up, Craig? Hi, Mom.
I'm glad you're here. This is Haunts and Legends.
So, Ray, why are we here? All right. So, a couple weeks ago,

(01:39):
we decided to start a podcast.
It was supposed to start with a buddy of mine, and unfortunately,
he was unavailable. So, I decided to ask you.
And I said, heck yeah, let's do it. Yep. So, this is our very first podcast.
Never done a podcast before, but we're excited to get on this journey.

(02:01):
And what a journey it will be.
There's definitely a lot of things to come of various different topics to cover
because there's a lot. There's a lot.
It's not just paranormal stuff. It's the cryptids. Hi, Joe. Hey, Joe.

(02:22):
It's not just, you know, paranormal. It's the cryptids, too.
Like, you know, I grew up listening to people tell stories about Bigfoot and
Skinwalkers and the Jersey Devil.
And the list just goes on and on and on. And eventually we're going to cover all those topics.
Yeah. One of my favorite cryptid movies was The Mothman Prophecies.
It's been a long time since I've seen it, but it was a great film.

(02:45):
That's definitely a good one. And I think a lot of my love for stuff like that
came from watching Supernatural with my mom.
You know, every episode they were dealing with something.
Fortunately, I've never seen Supernatural. We're going to have to work on that.

(03:06):
I'll try. I'm going to have to work on that. You know, because when I mentioned
Daddy Lucy, I expect you to know what I'm talking about.
But I don't. but you should i'll learn next year well later this year the warrens,
yo you will learn yes see joe even knows if joe knows you should know,

(03:29):
yeah craig you are about the size of bigfoot.
I will absolutely school him joe don't you worry i've got a little bit of school
one Hi, Brandy. Hey, Brandy.
So, Ray, what are some fun facts about you that maybe these people don't know?
Well, I guess I could go ahead and get started to what got me into the paranormal

(03:53):
and all this cryptid stuff.
Back when I was younger, I actually used to deal with a lot of paranormal stuff
living at my grandparents' house.
So that's kind of what started it. Obviously, when I was younger,
it freaked me out. But as I got older, got used to it, seemed to follow me around everywhere I go.

(04:16):
And finally, last year, I started
to really dabble into paranormal side of things and go on ghost hunts.
And that's where it all started. And now we're here.
Mine kind of started the same way. I remember having a lot of experiences back

(04:37):
when I was a kid. Hi, Nathan.
You know, I think, I think I've always been around it. It's always been something
that's been kind of like a constant in my life, but I can think of one time.
And to this day, I like, I don't know what it was, but you know,
you hear ghost stories and you're like, oh, like, that's cool.

(04:58):
Like, I don't doubt that it happened, but that stuff's never going to happen to me.
And I remember, you know, I had lost my aunt around this time.
And within like a two year period, I'd lost like about five people that were
close to me for various different reasons.
But I remember one night, like I was trying to like go to sleep and like I woke
up or I thought I woke up and like I saw like one of those close people like

(05:23):
sitting at the end of my bed,
like telling me like why I was the reason that that person like passed away.
And like I dealt with that with each one of them for like a
month and just not really understanding why
my dad actually was like you know
something's up I told him and you know my
dad did what you know my my dad

(05:45):
did and my mom I'm sure helped too and it never happened
again so was it paranormal maybe was I just kind of you know a little crazy
also possible but like after that like I really just started paying attention
more and you know I started going out to places started investigating Investigating and it's really,

(06:05):
it's really something I love doing a lot.
Yeah. People through it. So I've been into it since last summer and I have met
a ton of people, you know, and they've all been great.
But going back to parents, my mom always thought I was crazy when I told her
some of the stuff. So a lot of times I just kept quiet.

(06:27):
Until one time she told me when I got home from school, she was cleaning the
bathroom and the bathroom sink came on by itself.
So that really freaked her out. And she was like, okay, maybe you are telling the truth.
Yeah. Hi, Sarah and Ryan. It's Ray. It's Ray, by the way.

(06:48):
But no my mom my mom was a very was a
believer and still is a believer like i remember her telling me one time
like all those kids were in school and like she kept hearing this
like jumping on the bed and like from my
brother's room and like instinct she was like hey like stop
jumping on the bed and you know then she was like wait
like they're in school and like she went in there and like one of the like wheels

(07:11):
on his one of his toy cars were spinning and like obviously she's see what we're
in the house so she was like okay this is what we're doing today nice you know
so i've always been around it my parents have always been you know they never thought i was crazy,
which you know was nice you know little do they know that you know i am a little
crazy but that's okay so joe wants to know what is our favorite places to investigate

(07:36):
see i feel like if you You would have asked me maybe last year,
I would have said absolutely the Sammy Miller Mansion. Absolutely.
But then I've been to other places since then, like the jail.
I know the jail is one of your favorites.
Yes. I had a very crazy experience at the jail. It's something I'm never going to forget.

(07:59):
Do you want to elaborate on that experience?
So we were doing a Estes Method on Phasma Box live on TikTok.
Talk and we each had our own jail cell.
I decided to lay on the bed inside of the jail cell.
I laid there for about five minutes, got up, sat in the doorway and all of a

(08:22):
sudden this loud bang just happened out of nowhere.
That echoed throughout the entire jail, mind you. And this was Licking County Jail in Newark, Ohio.
Thank you. It took every single cell on
that block and scared the hell out of
me yeah so you
you definitely have some unfinished business at the jail i do

(08:43):
look forward to go back i have
that's right yeah megan said on phasma
it's somebody's head said get in on phasma box during the estes session and
then right after that boom yeah that that was crazy i think i think one of my
top places is wildwood sanitarium in salamanca new york only because last year when I was there,

(09:08):
hi, Daryl, they have a doll room on the second floor.
And if you're scared of dolls, this is not the room for you because it is filled with dolls. Yes.
And they had, so there was this, I don't know, like shelf on top of like a doorway
that led to like a, like a window basically.

(09:30):
And there was some dolls sitting there. I was there by myself.
You know, there was no one, the third floor above me.
So it's not like anything could like a vibrated or anything,
but I was sitting there on the, on the couch in there. And I said,
Hey, like, if there's anybody here with me, like, can you please make yourself known?
And this doll trajectory fell
off of the shelf, landed, hit the couch next to me and fell to my feet.

(09:56):
And like, I froze and I was like, what the, but then I realized there was cameras.
So I definitely want to get back there and figure out who exactly decided to launch a doll at me.
Yes. That's one place I've never been to. So I'm definitely looking forward
to going there. It's definitely, definitely a great place.

(10:19):
I is definitely another one of my favorites.
That was, you know, I saw a full body apparition.
I opened the door. i saw a
shadow of a man shoulders as
broad as wide as the door frame and i was like nope shut the door and i you

(10:41):
know my dumps out like holding the door shut acting like the ghost can't come
through like float through a wall to get me so you know i i have a lot of places you know,
a lot of places i want to get to where's the place on your bucket list though
i have quite a few i definitely want to go to sweet drinks absolutely that is one place.

(11:06):
Trans-allegheny that's another one it's a that's two locations that i definitely
need to go to i want to get to the um indiana state sanatorium that is on my
list and if i remember right Joe is going there at the end of the year. Hmm.
You're all shame. If I just like slid into your suitcase and said, bye mom, see you later.

(11:30):
Yes. The Stanley hotel in Colorado and Estes scholar Estes park, Colorado.
That's definitely, definitely a place, but I can't go unless I take my mom.
Cause she probably might possibly murder me in my sleep. If I don't take her with me.
So is she going to go ghost hunt? She would. She absolutely would.
But it's also the place where Stephen King got the idea to write The Shining. Ah, that's right.

(11:56):
So, an avid Stephen King fan. If I go without her, it would be bad.
But yeah, so there's just...
Come to iss indiana i would listen joe
you name the place in time and i am there like i
knew about this place like i heard about it but then

(12:17):
i saw the
project fear episode about it and i was like i have to go i
have to go now if i could go with project
fear you know that would
really be a dream but maybe one day
maybe one day you know maybe someday
ray knows this but i got ghost bruises

(12:39):
from the stanley interesting i've not
been bruised by a ghost before been touched yeah
i i can't say that i've ever been
you know i i've i've felt
things i felt things touch me for sure at sammy
miller but as far as like leaving marks

(13:02):
anything like that like that hasn't really happened to
me like i low-key want to go into a place sometimes and be
like listen throw me across the room and then it goes throw me across the room
i would retire i would that would be the end of ghost hunting for me i'd be
good yeah that doesn't sound fun at all but but honestly if if you start are

(13:24):
levitating and get thrown across the room.
Like what argument could you say that ghosts aren't real?
Like if you, if that happens, like it's like my Uber's here. I got to go.
But honestly, like if you caught it, if you got it, got it on camera,
witnesses to see it happen in your own personal account.

(13:49):
Like who's to say, who's to tell you like that wasn't a ghost. What was it?
Unfortunately, we'll still have the deniers out there. There will be, there will be.
But i personally would know like go
surreal i didn't throw myself across the room okay i'm
just gonna start saying that every place we go to be like listen at any point
tonight if you want to throw me across across the room i give you full permission

(14:12):
full it was fishing line that's some heavy fishing line brandy said i'd be booking
another visit i don't know if i want to go back If somebody threw me across the room.
I would go back. I would go back. Maybe that's the ginger in me,

(14:34):
but I would go back for sure.
To each their own. So you're saying that you wouldn't willingly offer up yourself
to get thrown across the room by a ghost, but you'll go get handcuffed at the jail?
Yes. But you won't have the key? but you won't have the key at

(14:54):
least if i'm handcuffed they can't throw me across the jail cell they
could probably do other things no bruises maybe that will be the time you get
a ghost bruise please now just walk up to me like listen this is what we expect
this is what you can't do you leave ray around leave ray alone you can throw
sierra across the room these are to the ground rules.

(15:18):
Brian said, I need some water. I need water. Another thing that we kind of talked
about for the podcast is doing our onsite podcasts.
Do you want to, you want to talk a little bit about that?
So some of the ideas we're having is rather than just streaming from a computer
screen or streaming from inside

(15:40):
of a studio is hopefully being able to stream on site of some places,
especially when we go out and check out areas where reported sightings of cryptids, aliens,
UFOs been seen, maybe even haunted places.
Of course, live shows, it's all going to depend on if we have Internet availability,

(16:03):
but hopefully we can make that happen somehow.
Weekly or biweekly episodes?
Possibly weekly. See how the flow goes as we go into these episodes.
But definitely love to put out as much content as possible. Oh, absolutely.
So tell all your friends. it's going to be weekly but i don't think we're going

(16:26):
to keep it at thursday at eights i think we're going to switch a little bit
once we know you'll know yep favorite cryptid,
i mean i do like me a good skinwalker there's there's entirely too many too many,
reported sightings and legends through you know that have been passed down through the time like

(16:50):
you know growing up as a part of like in the Appalachian mountains like you
hear things like if you hear a scream in the woods no you don't you hear someone
call your name in the middle of the night outdoors no you don't like that those
are the ones things that completely,
completely like fascinate me when you think about it skinwalkers like they can

(17:13):
change into anything thing.
Just like a shapeshifter. As a kid, people would ask, oh, if you had a superpower, what would it be?
Some kid says, oh, to fly. Some kid says super strength. No.
Sierra, what would you have? Shapeshifting.
Absolutely. I can be whatever I want. If I'm in a situation,
I could explode into a thousand bats and fly away, avoiding my responsibilities.

(17:38):
So Skinwalkers is definitely my favorite by far. my favorite crypt is going to have to be the mothman,
been really into the mothman since seeing the mothman prophecies one of the
places we're talking about going to with this podcast is the mothman festival
that happens in september every year,
so that's another thing we're hoping to do is to get into a lot of paracons

(18:01):
and festivals with all cryptids and ghost hunt and all kinds of stuff brian
i swear i'm like 85 sure that's what you You heard Brian had an experience at
the Hinsdale house in Hinsdale,
Pennsylvania or Hinsdale, New York, not Pennsylvania.
Where he was walking up a driveway in one direction.

(18:22):
He heard a baby cry.
And when he turned his attention to that, he heard a female scream in the other direction.
Skinwalker for sure. For sure. What time, what time was this again?
Three. He knows the exact time, but it was like three 30 in the morning.
What, What young child, like newborn baby screaming is going to be in the middle

(18:43):
of a field at 3.30 in the morning? I think it was like 3.37 or something like that.
Like none. And like it's like it's out. It's out a ways. It's not,
you know, in the middle of town.
You know, service barely works up there.
So Emily said she's going with us to the Mothman Festival. Mothman is her boyfriend. Let's go, girl.

(19:09):
I'll have to send you the photo of the tattoo that Ray's getting to Mothman.
It's great. Mothman got a booty. That's all I'm going to say.
Yeah. I don't think it's completely small, that one, though. Not yet. Fick.

(19:30):
But. All right. Go ahead. So another topic definitely we're going to be talking
about is UFOs and aliens. Do you think aliens are real?
I do. Do you think they're on this earth, though?
No. And I have thought this many times. And I'm going to tell you why.
I do think aliens are real.

(19:51):
Absolutely. The galaxy, it's entirely too vast and huge for us to know anything.
I think, again, aliens are real.
But when they either fly past us or kind of like peek their head in and be like, hey, what's going on?
They see how stupid we are as a human race and they're like nah they're doing

(20:12):
they're doing enough damage to themselves we ain't coming around i think they're
just kind of like skin bias,
because they look and be like oh they're not a threat you know but is that real
aliens or is it actually interdimensional beings i don't know.
I mean, I grew up watching Stargate with my dad, and it's all about different planets.

(20:36):
You know, these gates you have to go through to go into different planets.
There's a lot of unknown out there. A lot of unknown.
There's so much stuff that we
just still don't know. We know more about space than we do our own ocean.
How do we know that there's not an underwater society living down there? I don't know.

(20:58):
They could be. they absolutely could be, Brandy. But I don't think that,
again, I don't think we pose a threat to them.
Because I think if there really is aliens out there- They are way too advanced. Way, way too advanced.
Way too advanced. So they look at us and they're like, oh, we don't got to worry
about them. That's just what I feel personally.

(21:21):
I don't think that they, there's nothing that they can gain from us.
You see all these alien movies about, you know, Them coming to invade and to take over us and stuff.
We ain't got anything they want.
You just say that the government, there's a spaceship that crashed or whatever.

(21:43):
Maybe it was. It's a weather balloon.
Yeah. I don't think UFOs, do they look like they do in the movies? I don't know. Maybe.
But if they're not bothering us, why bother? them
you know it was
a good theory craig yes we are their ant farms what

(22:06):
about all the gold tom de long deserves an apology listen i'm just saying i
think they're real i don't think that they see us as a threat and brandy said
they she feels like they study us probably,
They absolutely could.

(22:26):
Ray could be an alien right now and we wouldn't know.
I might be. But even I don't know. Tom was right from the beginning.
But, you know, I just, there's a lot of unknown things.
And I think one of my fascinations comes from not being able to explain those things.

(22:47):
Like with ghost hunting, you hear a tap or a knock.
Is it the house settling? Is it someone else that's there with you?
Is it, you know, the wind blowing? Like, there's logical answers.
But when like you go through all of those things and something happens that
you can't scientifically or logically explain, like that's what fascinates me.

(23:12):
Like, why did it happen? I don't know. I can't tell you.
And I know that I'm never,
maybe not never, but the likelihood of in my lifetime ever being able to explain
why this unexpected thing happens is probably very slim.
Like, I'll never know. Maybe four or five generations after me when we get advanced

(23:38):
a little bit, hopefully, maybe they'll know.
No, but until then, I'm just left with more questions. But that's the fascinating part.
You know, it's like it's not like a video game. You get through the storyline
and you're done. It's over.
This is like you keep you keep reading. You keep researching.

(23:58):
There's there's no end in sight for it. Not at all. And it's fascinating and super fascinating.
One thing I definitely need to do, though, I need to go to a UFO hotspot.
I absolutely do too take me listen these on the site things like we're going
on some adventures I'm down,

(24:21):
right Emily the more we dig the more questions come up give me more questions,
make my head spin in a circle and make me think I'm going crazy I'm okay with it.
Exactly. And that's what we're going to do. And that's what Ryan and I are going
to do. Like, we're going to go out. We're still going to investigate.
Like, like Bigfoot. Can you imagine just being a giant, big man living in the woods?

(24:48):
Greatest hide-and-seek champion of all times. Greatest. He probably,
you know, there's absolutely times I'd be like, damn, I could be like Bigfoot right now.
Only come out when I want people to see me live undisturbed.
Like i tell you what though i heard a great name on a tv show the other day,
me and amber were watching it and they were talking about something called a

(25:11):
wood booger oh what it was like
what the hell is a wood booger so i had to google it and it was a bigfoot.
Like great i've never heard that before and where
was that at again i think it was paranormal caught on
camera and there's there's a town
where they have like a this statue of the wood woodbooker
right i believe so so well

(25:34):
wherever that is that looks like it might
be a place we have to go tell us
more about this woodbooker but yes
bigfoot aliens mothman the
jerking devil when we go
to the mothman festival they have a statue of a
mothman down there so that's going to be really cool

(25:55):
to see and the mothman museum is
down there in point pleasant west virginia we're gonna
have to make like a four or five day trip like for the festival
but also time to just kind of go it's in west point pleasant west virginia point
pleasant west virginia in the museum they actually have the original handwritten

(26:17):
police reports from all All four individuals who first saw the Mothman from
the very first sighting.
That's pretty great. Each one of them were separated into different rooms,
and each one gave the exact same story. And this was back in 1962.
So what's your opinion of the Mothman? I'm opening that up.

(26:39):
There's just so many sightings, you just never know. A lot of the sightings
in the West Virginia area came from the old TNT plant down there.
So is it really a creature is it an alien is it's a failed experiment of the

(26:59):
u.s military down there something we'll never know but i do know 20 since 2017
chicago has been getting some sightings of it,
do you know when the last recent sighting was most recent i do not but they
have over 100 sightings of mothman since 2017.

(27:21):
That's crazy what would you do if you ever saw mothman hey do you want to come be on my podcast.
A non-blurry still video that's that's
the trick trick same thing
with like bigfoot every photo you see is it's
super blurry it's you know

(27:43):
is it a man in a suit who knows yeah like we're never what we do and what we're
going to do with this podcast like we're never going to go and say Bigfoot's
real. Skinwalkers are real.
This is just us going and being like, hey, let's talk about it.

(28:05):
You know? But one of the places I definitely want to go to is Lake Loch Ness.
I'm going to need a passport for that. Unfortunately, it's in a different country,
but hopefully we can make it out there.
Maybe not this year. Maybe not next year.
But... I have to see Nessie. Yes.

(28:27):
Can you imagine how many haunted castles are out there? Whole castles.
We are bringing all of our ghost hunting equipment and we are hunting Nessie
and Ghosts. Nessie and Ghosts.
Champ, yeah. I forgot about Champ in New York. It's another sea monster.
I don't think I know about that one.

(28:47):
Looks similar to Loch Ness Monster. They just, they call him Champ.
In New York? Mm-hmm. Hmm.
Hey, Dawn. i wonder how far from new york how
far from me craig how far is it from me i'll make it i'll make a drive i drive
five and a half hours to go ghost hunting so i want to see alistair crowley's

(29:09):
house on the lock that is definitely an interesting place to see there's there's so many places,
like you like you think about it like you know over
on that side of the pond like they were
were already established before you know they came over and
you know that's so
one of the things project fears was talking about

(29:32):
at penhurst paracon was how
the layers of history is so
much broader because there's castles that are over a
thousand years old cheryl said
that there's a castle in north carolina what castle
is that she said there's a castle in north carolina now
is it haunted i'll go i just gotta swing by the outer banks real quick and live

(29:57):
my pogue life for about five minutes and that'll be okay if if you anybody gets
that reference i'll love you forever but i'm waiting for the new season to drop
hallmark movie film there of course it was.
Hallmark movie it's not haunted then it's not it can't be.

(30:19):
Amber thank you for getting my reference thank you a castle that was brought over from europe,
what in redding pennsylvania that's not that far it's an hour and a half away
yeah that's not that far at all i don't know how far it is for me but it takes
me field trip yeah i'll go the hallmark movie had a ghost come back in that one,

(30:44):
Cheryl send me the deets Paranormal field trip Craig's pain.
Stokes a castle Never heard of it Neither have I,
It's the Biltmore Haven't heard of that one either But we'll look into it Yeah,

(31:05):
Like all the places that we're gonna go and explore For this podcast is gonna be Amazing Amazing.
Amazing. Because there's so much out there. If we can go over to the UK.
There's a lot of places in the UK that I definitely want to check out.
What if we go over to like Norway and find like some Viking ghosts?
That would be your dream. That would be my dream.

(31:27):
Perigota. Hmm. Okay. Is it a bit more big? Is it like a big castle? Like a castle castle?
A castle in Doylestown, PA called Funtill. fauntail hmm okay i didn't know all
these castles existed listen either message them to me because i might forget

(31:49):
by the end of this podcast unless ray you're taking notes because i'm not,
but messaging comments will still be saved in the video okay good,
guys have any questions for us or like anything that you want to see come from this podcast.
Hi sarah hey sarah happy birthday yes it's sarah's birthday everyone wish her

(32:13):
a happy birthday because she's one of the most beautiful human beings i've ever
had the pleasure of meeting.
And i'm not just saying that she didn't pay me to say that in case you guys are wondering,
hi jake we'll definitely be
taking notes yeah there's there's sam
and colby went there okay time no go
ahead i haven't watched much of sam and colby

(32:35):
i haven't either the beast
of dray road i never heard
of it until i think it was jake that messaged me
and mentioned it and he said that
him sarah and fred would
be the ones to talk to about that so it's definitely

(32:55):
a conversation that we are going to have to have sarah because it
seems interesting and ducky today
was talking about goat man's bridge like all
that i would love to go there jake don't get me started on 76 please i love
fallout so much like the flatwoods monster i love fallout flatwoods monster

(33:17):
was an interesting topic that i saw on a tv show yesterday i'm saying that that
could possibly be the first sighting of Mothman.
Hmm. Because it kind of looked familiar with the bright red eyes,
but it was a supposed alien that came out of a UFO back in the 1950s.
Hmm. Two hours east of where the Mothman sighting happened. Sleep paralysis.

(33:43):
What's up, Mike? I personally have never experienced sleep paralysis.
If I did, I don't remember it.
Neither have I. I know, like, I feel like everybody's experienced it where,
like, you're having a dream and you feel like you're going to,
like, you fall and you feel like you're going to hit the ground and you wake
up like you woke just before you did that.

(34:04):
You know, I've experienced that.
Not sleep paralysis. I feel like that is terrifying.
I've heard some interesting stories about sleep paralysis, people getting freaked out.
Dakota was talking about experiencing it at their Q&A on day one.
Meanwhile Tanner's just over there watching Rick and Morty oh yeah yeah yeah I remember,

(34:30):
I was just over here watching Rick and Morty on my phone I love him so much,
we got to see Ghost Brothers that weekend too we met Project Fear,
we also meet Brian and Rochelle and.

(34:51):
Yep you met her adam and
amy adam and adam said
he remembered me whether he was lying or not i don't know
but how many girls corner you in the hawthorne hotel in
salem massachusetts and say hey hi i met you at paracon i need to get a photo
can i get one and i got autograph and a photo with him he said he remembered

(35:14):
me so i'm just taking that as he actually remembered me it helps me sleep better
at night met ghost brothers years ago they are they're super sweet,
look at them they're hilarious too yes i
love the ghost hilarious and one of
them may or may not sound that he would be interested in being on a certain
podcast i don't know you guys might have to yeah oh yeah cheryl why are you

(35:41):
sniffing strange men for she said they smelled great Wait, chip coffee.
There you go.
Marcus is the best. I don't know. Jawan said he'll be on our podcast,
so I'm going to have to go with Jawan now.
Yeah. He took my business card and everything.
I would like to actually sit down and have a conversation with chip coffee.

(36:04):
Just sit down, just talk.
But like, I don't know. Like we talked about the paranormal,
which obviously we're going to cover.
Talks about cryptids bigfoot mothman jersey devil skinwalkers the paranormal poppy.
But like what about mysteries things that aren't explained it falls under the

(36:28):
category maybe that'll be something that we incorporated in here and there it
could be legends and urban Urban legends?
Mm-hmm. And there's probably so many urban legends. Like, there's so much more
out there than what you can read online.
So much more. Like, I live near an Indian reservation.

(36:51):
I'm sure if I go and find someone who will, like, actually sit down and talk
to me, I'm sure they have their own legends within their own culture. Mm-hmm.
You know, there's probably hundreds, if not thousands, if not millions of different
legends out there that we just don't hear of because they don't post about it
on YouTube or Facebook or Google.

(37:14):
Google does not know all the aliens.
What do you guys think about alien abductions?
I mean, I'll let you take that one, right? Because what I was going to say first.
I've seen a lot of shows where these people have random things implanted in

(37:35):
them and stuff like that I'll definitely have to look more into it.
I think that I'm very well read up on, but I'll definitely be looking into it.
It definitely, yes. Yes.
But I find it very hard to take someone seriously.

(37:59):
Say, I see them one day, and the next day they come and say,
I was abducted by an alien and they stuck their finger in my butt.
Like, I don't think that's what aliens want to do.
I don't think that they're abducting humans and being like, hmm, where does finger go?

(38:19):
I don't think that's what's happening.
But I've never been abducted by an alien, so I don't know.
Neither have I. Just like a ghost can throw me across the room,
abduct me. But. Let me know how it is.
Speaking of sleep paralysis, that is one thing I've heard of is people experiencing
sleep paralysis and thinking they're getting abducted by aliens.

(38:42):
So is it being misinterpreted sleeper could be but again who do we know,
zach says what do you think of time travel
well my first
thought goes to doctor who which again i
grew up watching my brother often referred to himself as the 14th
doctor before there was a 14th stop there i think

(39:05):
that it would be awesome i have
never personally experienced anything that
i was like that person just time traveled it would
be cool if we it was a thing it's definitely something i'd have to look more
outside the the fiction side of things and actually like sit down and do research

(39:26):
on would you go into the past or the future i think i would go to the past but
i I wouldn't change anything.
I think I would go, I don't want to know what's in the future.
If I knew it was in the future, it wouldn't be fun anymore.
It wouldn't be fun. Like if I went into the future and they're like,
okay, Sierra, in 20, 20 years, you're going to get into a car accident and die.

(39:49):
How am I supposed to come back to my current timeline and be like,
and live my best life for the next 20 years?
I wouldn't be able to be like oh in 20 years i'm gonna die like i think i would
absolutely go back into the past,
and again i wouldn't change anything like i enjoy where
i'm at in my life but i would go back and have some conversations and finish

(40:13):
some conversations that i started and didn't get the chance to finish what if
we can go into the past talk to some interesting people and then see them in
the present day as a spirit. That would be cool.
But then let's also talk about, if you want to talk about time travel,

(40:34):
going to the past and the future, why can't you jump to a different timeline? Is that possible?
You see the Christmas carol.
Not if somebody knew what was in the past. i
mean but again craig how do we know we
know that based off of media of

(40:56):
movies we've seen tv shows but yes like if i go and i don't know go and change
my life where you know do something and then say i never met brian then i never
would have gotten into ghost hunting in this podcast as I wouldn't be here.
You know, life is a series of events.

(41:16):
Yep. I wouldn't want to change those events, but I would like to have conversations with some people.
But like, what if I go back into the past, throw my past self in a closet somewhere,
and then just go do what I got to do, and then call it a day?
Mom, she's bringing in the doctor who references the wibbly wobbly time.

(41:40):
You know? I don't know. Again, everything we know about time travel,
about, you know, I mean, it all started with like Back to the Future.
I feel like that was like the first thing I ever saw, like with time travel.
You're welcome. Listen, I can do this without you now. Okay.

(42:00):
So would that? I don't know.
Would I be having conversations with people? you know, I feel,
I feel like that goes towards a, like a bit of a touch, touch, touchy subject,
you know, maybe those, some of those conversations, if I would have the chance
to have that conversation, part of the future and present would change.

(42:24):
But I don't think that that change would be drastic enough to cause damage of any sorts.
You know what I mean? Does that make sense? I feel like that makes sense.
Like, I wouldn't go back and, you know, stop somebody from assassinating Abraham Lincoln.
Like, those are big, major events that affected an entire generation, the world.

(42:50):
You know, I wouldn't be going back and doing things like that.
Like, I'm talking about things like in my own personal life.
Like, if I could go back and have a conversation with, say, you know,
my Aunt Jo before she passed away, I would absolutely do it. Absolutely.
I'm not saying that I'm going to go back and say, hey, like,

(43:10):
in a week that you're going to have an aneurysm and you're going to die.
No, like, I would go back and have a conversation. Hey, how are you today?
Just a conversation. It doesn't have to be anything significant. Yeah.
I probably wouldn't converse with anybody but i would just sit back and just observe,

(43:32):
in the past or the future in the past see i don't know if i also just really like history so,
just you know going to some of these haunted locations we go to just seeing
the different historical items just wow it's just see so many interesting items.

(43:54):
Buy a lot of numbers would you would you go back into the past and make foresee
your past self to buy more xrp i would amber said yes i would have already been
retired that's the dream,
ray's gonna be the creepy old man sitting in the corner if i would have bought
bitcoin in 2013 like i was going to deal i'd already been retired and how does

(44:18):
that make you feel well it was it was $13 and now it's at a $70,000.
So you could have turned $13 into $70,000. Yeah.
How do you sleep at night? Because that would be a ball of stress. I sleep pretty good.

(44:40):
Early in the days that used to affect me, you know, Oh no, down a hundred dollars.
It hurts. Now there's days where sometimes you're down.
And you're like, eh, I'm good. You're down $10,000 in a couple minutes and it's
like, meh, it'll go back up.
I wouldn't. I'd be like, withdraw, withdraw, give me my money.

(45:03):
I'm not one for the long haul and the stress of it. Definitely not.
Like I said earlier, I will give you $20 and be like, give this back when it's like a million.
When you've been in it for five years and you've seen it go up and down and up and down.
I mean, I was sitting on a quarter million dollars at one point sure it's not
a quarter million dollars now it did drop down to like 40 000 so i was down

(45:28):
on 210 000 but it'll go back up.
Would be a ball of stress there's no way i i am not in it for the long haul
hi larissa hey does anybody have any more questions i like that time travel
question it's interesting yes does anybody else have any interesting questions like that,

(45:49):
yes make my brain work.
Listen buy low sell high that's all i know that's all he's gonna say but yeah
it's been It's been a good journey.
Night, Steph. Good night.
I mean, to be honest, this podcast hasn't, it's not really that old.

(46:13):
We're on what? Three weeks Sunday?
Yeah, it'll be three weeks on Sunday. Yeah.
So it's kind of an idea that we just kind of threw together,
honestly, in a good way. In a good way.
Still a lot to learn. The Mandela Effect. I'll let you take that one.
Him so trying to

(46:35):
figure out how to explain this i'm gonna
jump in real quick and i'm just gonna say it was
the baron steen bears not the baron stain bears
yeah and then you get that movie the movie was
sin bad she's lame yes but
it was it was the baron steen bears not the baron

(46:56):
stain bears can you prove it my brain
can prove it like what
was it the cornucopia for fruit of the loom there's literally i've seen that
one before right there's literally people that have shirts from back in the
day with a cornucopia and they're like that doesn't exist apparently i just

(47:16):
seen this the other day somebody apparently found their old vhs of shazam,
or Kazam.
It's one of those. But it doesn't exist.
It doesn't exist, right? What are you talking about?
See, and I remember Fruit Loops like that too.
Fruit what? F-R-O-O-T? Yeah. But here's...

(47:39):
Lift that one up what the mandela effect what
is it why is it a thing why does
an entire mass of people
it's not just four or five it's thousands of
people one of the things that i've
potentially heard is with the whole parallel universe theory where i guess like

(48:06):
the parallel universes become common or twined or something like that and things like change.
I need to do more research into it. Brian goes on these like ADD fixations and
he did one on the Mandela effect.
Joe says he's got lots of old VHS and Mike Boone says it does exist.

(48:31):
Mike Boone is my cousin, by the way. Wanted it removed from shelves because
he had a bad drug problem at the time.
Fine. But don't try to convince an entire generation that it didn't exist.
Right? It exists. It existed. Like, it was there. You can't just hit rewind and not be in there.

(48:53):
Yes, Fruit Loops is our F R U I T loops now.
I've seen it, but it doesn't exist.
But,
Again, Mandela effect, Berenstein bears, Berenstain bears.
It's Berenstein bears. I read those books as a kid. I will die on that hill. Fight me.

(49:16):
But I don't know. Are two.
Will XRP hit $100 this bull run?
I hope. I have no idea. Not a clue.
Any other stinked bears? There's my two at the JFK car and how many people were in it at the time.

(49:36):
And then Star Wars won the Star Wars one. What's one's that one?
Right. Curious. George absolutely had a tail.
Ghost. This is our view. Yes, they are. And Pikachu absolutely had the black tip on his tail as well.
Mike, when are you coming on a ghost hunt? Listen, we love ghost hunting buddies.

(49:59):
I got a great place for you. you guys want to talk about ray's ghost girlfriend who's that cinnamon.
Ray has a ghost girlfriend that amber is ready to square up with ray got a lap
dance whenever all these crumb snatchers are over Eric and Watson.

(50:22):
I'm assuming he has children. Yes. Okay. Oh, man.
That's great. Yes. Cinnamon. White Hell Mansion.
We bringing her up. We bringing her up. I was throwing 20s at her. Yeah. Yeah, you was.
And you asked for a lap dance.
As a married man, Ray, you asked a ghost for a lap dance. How could you? See that?

(50:50):
Say can't prove it with no pics i do have a picture though but i was just going
oh we all know what you were doing it's okay amber's gonna get a ghost boyfriend one of these days,
like megan has a ghost boyfriend the amish looking man yoder a prospect but
i wasn't there you weren't there no brian brian i don't think brian has a ghost girlfriend either,

(51:18):
there hmm yeah they didn't want brian at
white hill no i know brian
was told once he couldn't dance that he wasn't doing it right that was
at selma but yeah we do need to get back to white hill we need to go have a
chat with cinnamon chupacabra yes i will chupacabra yes but while we're down

(51:39):
there we got to do goat man's bridge which is in texas let's do it so brian
we'll go Go when you pay for it.
When we can go down on Brian Hansen's dime, we'll go. I'm not driving with Brian, though.
That's a long trip dealing with holding the ocean handle.
Imagine doing it for five and a half hours almost every weekend.

(52:02):
One way. That's why I sleep.
Can I show that XRP, Raymond?
We could. We could make it down to Texas. Next year. We could make it down to Texas. this.
There's a lot of things we could do. I'm trying to think of like places on like
on the West Coast. Like you have the Villisca axe murder house.

(52:23):
But like you think he Oregon's a big hotspot for Bigfoot.
I guess we're going to Oregon. You wouldn't,
it feels safe. I think I have just accepted the fact that if for whatever reason
I die in the car while you're driving, that I will come back and haunt your
ass or kick your ass in the afterlife.

(52:45):
So I'm okay with that. Either way, I'm going to kick your ass.
So it's okay. I've accepted it.
At least you don't go like Mach 90, which is fine. We can drive fast when I'm
driving game because i know my skills we go zoom zoom like beetle juice also in the west coast area 51,

(53:08):
yes i was actually in colorado fun fact i was living in colorado when they,
shut up brian when they did that whole like storm area 51 like event thing and
everybody like i Yeah, I remember that.
Like I was actually in Colorado and I wanted to go to that so bad,

(53:30):
but I never did. Were you going to run like they were in Naruto?
Yes. Yeah.
I think, honestly, I think since Area 51 is so, I think it's a decoy. I think it's a decoy.
Could be. I think that they leave it heavily guarded. They leave it to draw people's attention.

(53:53):
Like, Oh, area 51. That's where all the aliens are. That's where this is that
where this is. You have so many people talking about it.
Can you just imagine how many secret bases that they have all over this, all over the country?
There's tons, tons that we don't even know about. Did you know,
you could buy a missile silo? I did not know that.
Yep. You could buy a missile silo and turn it into a house, live on the ground.

(54:17):
Hmm. King's park.
Chick center antarctica zach i'm going to hold you to that zach says he has
a story to tell us about area 51 i would definitely love to go to antarctica
but storm area 51 just to see.

(54:38):
Antarctica oh there's a lot of talk about some hollow earth stuff with the antarctica
though Is there? Yeah, you know about Hollow Earth?
I do not. Different civilizations, possibly aliens living underneath the ground of the Earth.
I mean, I guess it's possible. Look it up. Hollow Earth. Hollow Earth.

(55:01):
Yep. I'll do my research on that.
Again, I remember kind of going back to stories and stuff. Like,
I remember, like, there isn't that story about that one tribe that just,
like, got up and vanished one day, like, left everything. Everything was still there.
There was a lot of a lot of that.
Where'd they go? They either vanished or they were killed in a mass murder and buried somewhere.

(55:26):
Right. Something. But there was like, but if they were if it was a if it was
a mass murder, unless it was something like poison or something like that, like.
Is it Roanoke? I feel like there's another one.
Plague. If it was a plague, where'd the bodies go?

(55:47):
If it was animals, there'd still be bones around. Did they burn them? There'd be a burn spot.
Yeah, it would have took a couple thousand years later. Is there going to be
a burn spot still? Maybe not.
Yeah, what about the Bermuda Triangle? Can't explain that one.
But I haven't done anything about that either. So. Hmm.

(56:08):
There's a lot of things I need to brush up my brain on.
Yeah, I started watching Expedition X, which has actually been a pretty cool show to watch.
So there's a lot of different topics in that.
Finally saw your boy Josh Gates, Brian.
I honestly can tell you that Brian has a man crush on that man.

(56:29):
And he is not ashamed. Love that. If not.
Who else did we see that was from Expedition X?
Jessica chobot yes yeah her we
literally brian was too scared to go ask her about josh gates so i did it and
he said or she said that he was one of the most like sweetest like funniest

(56:52):
like down-to-earth people to work with so whenever brian gets his moment to
meet him he'll be happy happy. Hi, Donna.
Hey, Donna. Are you ready for a houseful coming soon?
I'm ready. I'm ready. It's gonna be a lot.
A lot of things planned by the way we're all going to be in new york in a couple weeks,

(57:17):
there may or may not be alive from a certain location early in the week see
you later mike stay tuned later cuz but yeah a certain live from a certain place
that may or may not have some Some possible cryptid activity?
Yes. Suspected?

(57:39):
Believed to be? Who's to know? I don't know if that'll be a live podcast.
We'll try to do it live, depending on how the service is.
But you will definitely have to stay tuned for that. We'll figure something
out. We always will. Obviously.
Does anybody have any more questions? anything else about the podcast anything

(58:04):
you want to know I think we kind of covered everything we talked about us we
talked about the podcast,
we talked about XRP yeah.
We talked about Brian's boy Josh Gates you know the usual cryptids aliens time
traveling it's a lot of stuff that's going to be covered absolutely,

(58:31):
And that just, you know, we're never going to run out of things to talk about
because there's so much out there.
There's so much unexplainable things happening every single day that.
We're definitely looking forward to getting some awesome guests on here too,
so that's another thing that we definitely want to
do so if you guys have any recommendations of

(58:53):
any people you would like us to see that we could try to reach out to
let us know and we just want to
you know thank everybody for your support missing malaysian
airplane that is a mystery that i have discovered some things from somebody
on twitter that i will have to share I have come across some interesting videos

(59:15):
from this one guy that has been studying it for since it went missing.
So let me find that information and maybe I can get them on.
That would be interesting. You know about the MH370, right?
I don't. the malaysian airline plane that went missions i don't know six seven

(59:41):
years ago from malaysia okay i think i may have heard something i haven't kept
up with it though never been found,
where'd it go nobody knows say the latest video that i've seen is suppose the actual video of
these two orbs flying around it so

(01:00:02):
i will find that i will find those videos
and i'll have to do a podcast on
that i guess that'll definitely have to see you later brandy but i i just want
to take a little bit of a moment to just like thank everybody for all of your
support like there's been nothing but an outpouring of love from all of our

(01:00:22):
friends our family and even people that we don't even know you know you guys
supported us without batten and I and.
We thank each and every one of you.
Because obviously this podcast would just be me and Ray talking to ourselves without all of you guys.
So there's definitely a lot of cool things to come. Stay tuned.
You know, if you have any topics that you want us to talk about or something

(01:00:47):
that pops in your head, either message our Facebook page, Haunted Legends Podcast
or, you know, send me a rare message.
Our inboxes are always open. Yep.
But it's going to be a lot of fun. Absolutely. We're looking forward to it.
Start of a wonderful adventure.
Wait, if I could go to the Titanic and do an investigation, I would do it for sure.

(01:01:13):
For sure. That's probably not going to be, that's something we'll just never know.
No, I mean, we'd never be able to get down there.
They tried to get down there. What was it? That the ocean? Oh yeah.
Without that but still built submarine with the next box controller and.

(01:01:39):
Safe and if it was if it was possible for me to go to the bottom of the ocean
where the titanic sits and set down a rem pod i would do it there's got to be
an air pocket down there somewhere,
somewhere right there's got to be there's got to be or even a pirate ship 100 year old air.

(01:02:01):
Probably several souls be attached to a vessel i get
to guess it all depends on how you perceive receive spirits
to be attached to something do you
think that they are do you think that them being attached to something is if
is that because they have unfinished business you know do they feel like them

(01:02:25):
dying say in a ship the titanic like do they feel like it was
a wrongful death and they are tied to it maybe maybe i think for sure the captain,
the captain of the ship would definitely be tied to the boat because that was his boat.
Like he went down with the ship so his i've absolutely his spirit would have

(01:02:47):
to be down there for sure yeah and then stacy said they bring the sunken ship
up does that disturb the spirits if If it's brought up to do the spirits come
with the ship too. I'm sure they do.
You go into like the residual hauntings when you have,
you know, things that happen, a lot of that energy with everything that happened

(01:03:11):
and just tied into the objects just gets imprinted into everything.
Yeah. I mean, it's just like, you know, you go to Fort Delaware,
well, you see all the soldiers that are there.
So a lot of residual stuff. Gettysburg has a lot of residual.

(01:03:32):
I grew up in PA. I've never been to Gettysburg. I've been there once.
So I went there for a school field trip.
Didn't see any ghosts though. We might have to get to Gettysburg then. I'm down.
Gettysburg was fun. Like I would love to just like walk around Gettysburg for
the day and then and do like a ghost hunt that night.

(01:03:53):
Hey, Morgan. Like I will say like in this area, like Gettysburg is definitely
on like on my list because like I've never been there.
I grew up in Potter County, which is like right on the border of New York.
So I would love to hear those stories, Morgan.
Donna, let's go. Let's get your, let your foot get better and we'll go to Gettysburg.

(01:04:14):
They do have a couple paranormal conventions coming
up down in gettysburg like the one in september with with uh daddy lucy that
i will be going to maybe i don't know but i will break my way into that convention.

(01:04:38):
At midnight? Hmm. That would be terrifying. Because obviously,
who's setting off a cannon at midnight in 2024?
That would be wild. I guess I'm just going to have to go to Gettysburg.
We'll have to plan it out. We'll make a trip out of it. Yeah.
Stacy said I really need to watch Supernatural. I'll make sure to watch some of it.

(01:05:01):
He really does. I forced him to watch the Fallout show, which was so good.
I was going to watch that regardless. Regardless.
But I made you watch it on my time, not your time. Was your time binging the
whole season in one night?
No, no, but you did do that. So I did. Congrats to you.

(01:05:21):
What else did I make you watch? I feel like I made you watch something else.
Rings of power. Rings of power. Season two is coming out.
I'm so, I'm so excited.
Yes. Supernatural. I just love supernatural. like i said it that was really
the gateway that like i've always been around the paranormal,

(01:05:42):
but like the gateway for me opening up my eyes
for like the supernatural side of things was supernatural i mean it doesn't
help help that the two the two main i kindy not gonna lie but that you know
that even covered like angels and demons and the whole nine and while like it It is a show.

(01:06:04):
It does have some truths to it.
But it's a great show. And it's 15 seasons long. 15 seasons long. So I hope you have time.
I don't. Between work and this podcast now, there's no time.
You gotta make time. Gotta make time.
Or I'm just gonna say something one of these days and you're gonna be like,

(01:06:26):
huh? How does that make sense? I'll be like, it makes sense to me.
Stephanie. If Stephanie was here, Stephanie would understand.
I understand my references.
It's not on the prime. You don't understand. Yes, let me cash out my $20.
Your what? My $20. I'm cashing out.

(01:06:48):
I mean, if we ever, you know, Craig had a good point earlier.
Like, if we ever wanted to interview Bigfoot, we're just gonna have to drive
down to Craig's house and be like, hey, can we ask you a few questions?
Right, Craig? We have to get him a Bigfoot costume now. Yes.
We could do, like, blooper reels. That would be fun.
On little spoof videos make sure it's bigfoot and

(01:07:32):

He said a bald Bigfoot. Not bold.
I was a little far away from the screen. Put your glasses on,
Ray. You might be able to see better.
