In this episode I am joined by Psychotherapist Taune Lyons, who specializes in embodiment work and somatics with an emphasis on attachment theory. This was a wide ranging yet profoundly nuanced conversation exploring the relationship dynamics between various attachment styles and the deeper meaning of intimacy in relationship to one's personal healing journey.
