Hello,

Today we are talking about Meniere disease. This episode will not be helpful for you unless your doctor has diagnosed you with this specific type of vertigo. But, if you have been diagnosed with Meniere disease you are in the right place. We are going to go through some recommended diet changes as well as exercises you can try to see if they improve your symptoms. Meniere disease can be very frustrating and debilitating, so I hope this is helpful.

Best,

Kayla
