Hello,

 

Today we talk about the gold standard of exercise- w hat in an ideal world you would be doing every week. Now I want you to listen and compare it to what you are doing right now. Maybe you are already doing everything, but one type and you are going to work on incorporating that in. Or, maybe, you are not exercising at all right now and this episode will feel quite overwhelming. If that is you, I want you to just pick one thing you can start doing and then see this “ideal of exercise” as something you can work towards over years, not months. 

 

I made this episode though because I think it is really important to know where we are headed, and what the end goal is, so that we can take the necessary steps towards it. For example, maybe you don’t even realize it is recommended to do three distinct types of exercise!
