(Transcribed by TurboScribe.ai - Go Unlimited to remove this message) Lovely souls, welcome to this intimate and personal
new episode of the Heiter, der Spiele podcast,
where we sink deeply in seldomly voiced contemporary
perceptions, which might be just the effort easy
act you need to realign with your own
soul.
I am Sabine Schmitz, former PhD vet, turned
(00:28):
organizational facilitator and leadership coach, now turned sovereign
expression lover.
I am really fulfilled to share this story
with you, to support you in contributing in
your own aligned way, to a time which
scientists say that we as humanity might only
have 60 to 80 years on this planet
(00:49):
left.
So let's do our contribution in a connected
way, shall we?
My mission is to walk in alignment with
my mind, my body and my soul, integrity
in action, speech and thinking, and to inspire,
empower and encourage more of us to live
from the inner spark of wholeness and offer
(01:11):
that light to the whole.
That actually sounds like mature French goat cheese,
but it's totally my two game, I really
mean it.
Why?
Because I feel this rhythmic drive to contribute
to the narratives that carry us from a
place of wisdom, kindness, deep listening and aspiration
(01:31):
of the truth.
So this morning I was gifted the perfect
quote for today's podcast, and that was the
magic you're looking for is in the work
you're avoiding.
(01:53):
The magic you're looking for is in the
work you're avoiding.
God, let that sink in as the beginning
of this podcast.
I know I am not starting us off
gently.
(02:13):
And that bridges super well to a request
I have for you.
So did you know that in 2018, when
I had my first podcast, it was called
Inspirations for Growth, there was only about 550
,000 podcasts.
(02:35):
And this number has increased ninefold to over
4.5 million podcasts out there right now.
So right now to really get my message
out there and to continue to walk the
path of courage and be actually seen with
this original creation that I'm doing, I would
(03:00):
love to be so considered educational, kind and
empowering by you that you can actually support
me with a number of 144 downloads in
30 days.
Why?
Because it's a master number and it has
something to do with 12 times 12.
So that for sure is super magical and
(03:22):
I would love to have that as a
stepping stone.
So as a simple option to support, just
go on your Spotify and your Apple Podcasts
and wherever you find your podcasts.
And I hope that you can leave with
good conscience a five-star review.
Otherwise, please text me and tell me what
I can do better because I want to
(03:43):
improve in this.
So that for sure is something that I
can share right now as the intimate, yeah,
very human thing that I find within myself
is the wound I'm still healing of actually
coming up with something creative, which really bubbles
(04:08):
from the heart.
But it also has this craft aspect of
becoming really good at your craft, which is
a skill that is honed over times and
times and times.
And there is for sure some really deep
wounding within myself going on.
So I'm learning and I'm stretching there for
(04:32):
myself.
So this podcast is called Following the Call
of Mary Magdalene Tour Provence.
And have you ever felt a call to
go somewhere or to do something or just
(04:52):
meet with someone without precisely knowing why or
for what practical reason you are doing it?
If you have, then welcome to my team.
The other day, actually two days ago, I
(05:13):
listened to one of my favorite podcasts and
I was so happy and grateful to be
understood by this amazing teacher.
His name is Dr. Robert Gilbert.
He's actually, I consider him to be one
of the most honest and profound teachers in
(05:38):
spirituality that I know of right now on
this planet.
He's just fascinating.
So he calls it a karmic decision.
And actually yesterday, when I heard this two
days ago, I stopped in my tracks in
(05:59):
this druid forest where I was at the
time and like to really let that sink
in.
But more to that later.
So I have a little cliffhanger for you
(06:19):
here.
With your permission, I want to contribute to
your life with this episode in the following
ways.
This episode is designed to empower you and
(06:43):
to remind you and to really dig deep
into your heart and your brain and your
gut to kind of shake your soul a
little bit and go like, okay, so what
is the road you're walking on right now?
What is the dance you're dancing?
(07:06):
And this episode can actually teach you about
approaches, very human and doubtful and struggling approaches
of living an aligned life and about the
divinity inside of humanity and not the thing
separate from it.
(07:30):
So in this episode, this is my honest
sharing about what I am actually doing here.
And with here here, I seriously mean a
parking place in Aix-en-Provence in the
Provence area in France.
(07:50):
No kidding.
Literally.
So the content about this episode is what
has wowed me so far on this journey
of following the call of Mary Magdalene to
Provence.
(08:11):
There are a couple of things that really
blew my mind.
I was like, what?
I didn't know that.
And that's actually freaking outrageous.
And then to understand how the old Egyptians
that everyone is talking about the spiritual realm
are playing in that story as well.
(08:36):
And then also, I invite you to be
part of the drama of the story and
not believe that your own life has to
be void of drama or of struggle or
of emotionality or of just like stop and
go in order for you to believe that
you're on the path.
Another aspect that I want to bring to
(09:04):
you in this episode is what it actually
means to be on the path, you know,
like to walk, to really walk it and
not just to think it or to imagine
it, but like show up.
And of course, and then there is a
part of things that I want to share
(09:24):
with you that I'm still not getting.
Because believe you me, I'm not a perfect
human being.
I have not everything figured out, even though
I have a lot of time at my
hands to contemplate sometimes what feels like the
living daylight out of this life.
So while I was preparing, I was wondering
(09:49):
how to bring this best to you.
And I looked at the hero's journey and
the 12 phases and if they might help
me break it down so that you can
actually follow the red line or the golden
path or whatever the metaphor is that you
(10:13):
endure right now.
And I guess for me, it all started
in a place that was reasonably known for
me.
And I invite you to really come with
me to the 5th of August last year,
(10:37):
2023, 5th of August 2023.
So imagine this, it's one o'clock in
the morning.
And pretend that you're this beautiful candle who's
standing in front of me in my microvan.
And we are camping together out on a
(10:58):
very simple parking space in Sweden.
It is raining again as the last couple
of days.
And you see me being lonely and just
scrolling through my phone and really being hooked
by the Instagram loop, which is, by the
way, one of my addictions I'm questioning.
(11:22):
To that another time, what a fascinating topic,
addictions, fascinating topic in themselves.
Definitely want to get to those stuff I'm
learning.
And all of a sudden, the algorithm, which
sometimes, I think algorithms sometimes act as our
divine oracles, like radio shows or just like
(11:47):
songs that come on or you pass on
the street and you see a magic number
and you go like, what is the universe
trying to tell me?
If you are in that kind of universal
communication game, like I am.
So what I find there is an ISIS
(12:09):
oracle card by Kia Mystica.
So you as a candle, you'd probably see
me stop and kind of sink in deeper
into my phone a little and getting wide
eyed.
And if you could see inside my brain
at that moment, you would understand that there
(12:31):
is some form of connective meaning making going
on.
Like, OK, you've been listening to Emily Fletcher
and Blue and all of them are talking
about rising femininity and about Egypt and.
OK, but it's that that's something you're hearing
and there is.
(12:53):
And that's basically that's it.
So there is like this.
This kind of recognition that doesn't yet have
a content and this this oracle card deck
flashes through and it says to find your
own oracle card, like tap it and hold
(13:13):
it.
So I tap and hold it.
And the card that comes up is a
beautiful AI image of ISIS.
And I make an effort to see if
there is actually description to it, because I'm
curious at that moment.
(13:34):
And like, lo and behold, the only card
that has a description of the whole deck
as a teaser is that one.
And I read the card, I read the
text, and by then it's probably like 105.
(13:54):
And I find myself.
Devastatedly crying in the car.
Really, really from the from this remembering bottom
of my soul, going like, I know this,
this was horrible.
So to really show, don't tell, I want
(14:16):
to read the card to you because I
found it again.
It's the ISIS oracle card.
I am Aset, ISIS, and once I was
a queen of Egypt.
My original name Aset means Queen of the
Throne, called by some the goddess of a
(14:38):
thousand names.
I was also known as Aset, Ast, Easy,
Isis, and Icy.
I am a goddess of healing and benevolent
magic.
At times, magic has been distorted to serve
people egoic needs.
Known that for me, I work with magic
(14:59):
driven by the clear intention to help and
serve others on their life path and spiritual
path, so as to help them turn and
serve the world.
This keeps magic and right relationship free of
the distortions of the ego.
Whilst many revere me as a goddess, know
that once I too was more human than
(15:22):
divine.
I stood beside my beloved Osir, Osiris, in
loving service to the people of Kemet.
We aligned ourselves each day to sit upon
our thrones and became the greatest king and
queen that we could be.
When my beloved was killed by his brother
Set, I was so heartbroken I nearly enacted
(15:44):
revenge, blinded for a time by rage.
I am forever thankful that Hathor, a goddess
far more skilled than I in the healing
arts, was able to assuage me from that
path.
She helped bring me back to wholeness and
the divine light of my power.
From there I was able to piece back
(16:06):
together and resurrect my beloved partner Osir.
I know only too well the challenges life
can bring.
I offer myself as a teacher to all
those interested and open to learn.
Call me by any of my names and
I shall come to you.
If you have drawn my card today, I
(16:28):
invite you to connect to the path of
healing and benevolent magic for the benefit of
self and others.
So what do you do?
What do I do with this obvious amount
(16:55):
of beautiful magic somewhere in Sweden transported to
me through my phone?
In that moment, I felt really close to
Isis and I felt close to this divine
partnership of Isis and Osiris.
(17:18):
And deep, deep, deep within my heart, without
sharing it with anyone for months, I knew
I wanted that.
I wanted that divine connection to be a
queen of the throne too.
And of course, I don't know if you
(17:39):
have ever found these kinds of noble, grand
desires within yourself.
A friend of mine would say like, who
am I to actually want this?
But who are you not to want it?
(18:00):
And who am I not to want it,
you know?
So there was this call to adventure, the
call to know more, to learn more, to
move in this direction.
So I was researching.
(18:23):
The next day, I drove.
I had time at my hands.
And I'm so, so, so grateful.
And to be honest, I made my life
that I have time at my hands.
Sometimes I feel secretly projected upon in the
(18:45):
means of like, oh, you have so much
time at your hands.
And I'm like, yes, I do.
And it's a struggle.
Like, do I allow myself to actually have
that?
Because I want it.
You know, it's not, it doesn't always come.
Well, by now it actually comes with a
lot of satisfaction and joy.
(19:06):
And it was a journey.
It wasn't always like that.
So where can I learn more about Isis?
And I looked at the creator of that
Oracle Deck.
His name is Kia from the Mystica School,
Kia Mystica.
(19:28):
And it turned out that he taught an
ancient Egyptian energy and breathwork technique, which is
called Ankh Healing.
For those of you who have no picture
as an imagination in your mind what an
Ankh is, it looks like this cross with
(19:49):
a loop on the top, like this typical
symbol that you see when you think of
Egypt.
It's actually the perfect combination of the masculine
and the feminine in one symbol.
And it also looks like a human.
And it's also a breathwork technique.
(20:09):
So an Ankh is a, that's a, that's
a powerful symbol.
So it wasn't long until I found myself
doing the Ankh Healing level one and two
as an online course, and then practicing it
(20:31):
with clients and on myself.
And that was, that was, it was more
entangled.
It was, it was much more entangled as,
as these stories always are.
It's not, it's not the straight line.
I mean, I was on, I was on
the, on the road to Sweden because I
(20:53):
was going to Angsbacka to participate in a
Tantra workshop and then to stay, which I
didn't know I would be staying as a
volunteer for a sexability festival, which is the
much more spicy and juicy upgrade to Tantra.
And there I shared to a wonderful man,
(21:16):
Mark, from Stockholm.
I shared with him about Kia.
And he said, yeah, I know Kia.
And I was like, like, hold on, what?
And I mean, how likely is that if
you go to Angsbacka and you meet someone,
a UK guy who lives now in Stockholm
and he has been to Bali and he
(21:38):
knows Kia Mystica.
And I'm like, okay, this is like, what,
what, what, what's going on?
And these, this is definitely something that you
can trust.
You can have deep trust in, usually people
call synchronicities when there is this surprise of
your brain that you go like, uh, hold
(22:01):
on, who is constructing this situation right now?
This is surreal.
These, for me, these moments, these recognitions have
become the understandings that I am, I am
alive on the track.
I'm not dead on the track.
I am very alive on the track.
(22:26):
So driving up to Sweden, to all of
these festivals, I was listening to more of
Emily Fletcher and more of Ziva Meditation and,
and yeah, and she's still around.
This morning before coming here, I was listening
to her meditation on Why Is Not Everyone
(22:47):
Doing This with Zach Bush, which is a
fabulous, inspirational human being that I've been following
for a couple of years now too.
So admiration and recognition and deep gratitude to
the both of them for being so amazing
lighthouses and just like this, I see you
(23:08):
guys, I see you, what you're doing and
how far your light is spreading.
It's wonderful.
And then of course, it could also like,
now you could say, oh, Sabrina, yeah, you're
on vacation or you're like, it's so easy.
So you like, you have the time, you
(23:29):
have the microvan, you listen to the call,
you meditate every day, all fine.
So that sounds like it also, it sounds
so good, right?
But then knowing, actually, it's, it's so stirred.
It's really funny.
(23:49):
Knowing life and also the hero's journey, which
is like, that's the true thing.
The third part of the hero's journey is
actually the refusal of the call.
The refusal of the call.
And it came in, in a couple of
(24:10):
versions.
So I mean, this, this episode is called
following the call of Mary Magdalene to, to
the Provence, right?
So I was learning about Angkeling and about
Isis and about the Egyptian pantheon is called
(24:30):
Neteru.
So these are the Egyptian gods and goddesses.
And, and then Magdalena, Mary Magdalena emerged for
the first time in, in this stories that
Kia Mystica was sharing.
(24:51):
And I was like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like Isis and Egypt.
Like that's, that's, like, I can accept that.
But Mary Magdalene and Christianity.
Oh, no.
Okay.
Like, no, sorry.
Like that's too far out there.
Like, I am not there yet.
And, and this moment of my sharing, I
(25:11):
also want to, like, slow down a little
bit and ask you if you have these,
these very subtle intuitions where you know that
something is actually, it's like a prequel.
It feels like it means you.
And it's not the right timing.
(25:36):
Or you get a chance of twiddling the
dial of the speed of the story right
now.
So the thing that comes to you is,
it means you and not now, or it's
up to you.
(25:59):
That is, that's a fascinating perception that I
am just putting out there that I have
a couple of times.
And I'm wondering if you do too.
So the, the chamber of horrors in my
brain was like, Oh my God, like, I
had so much judgment for Christianity.
(26:21):
And there was like, there was this, this
disgust and boredom, which actually means, oh, like,
baby girl, it means you for sure.
For sure.
But avoidance and denial are also strategies to
(26:41):
slow down things.
And they're very human.
So okay, if you want to go with
them, go with them.
So intimate chamber of horrors of my brain.
Happy welcome.
So I refused the call to learn more
about Mary Magdalene, but I did go, I
did go and learn a lot about Isis.
And I, I approached that, that teaching and
(27:04):
that, that breath work.
And I really, I got myself a beautiful
Isis necklace that has been with me ever
since last year.
And um, yeah, it was also at the,
(27:25):
at the Engelsbacher retreat where this, the remark
that Mark is an incredibly influential person in
my life.
Um, and, and I asked him about places
that have a spiritual and very connected and
aligned touch on this planet.
And he says, well, you can go to
(27:46):
Mexico, you can go to Ibiza, you can
go to Bali.
And, and I was like, yeah, I don't
speak Spanish and Ibiza.
Oh, well, I'm not feeling it.
So, and he's like, well, you can go,
you can go to Ubud, Bali.
Uh, and also that Kia Mystica lives there.
And I'm like, what?
He lives there?
Oh, that's interesting.
Like, that would be funny to meet him
(28:07):
there.
So another like refusal of the call, I,
there was something, something kind of pulling at
me and going like, Bali?
It's kind of tasty.
There's something, some, some magnetism going on there.
Um, and then I, but then I put
(28:28):
it to the side and I went back
to, uh, to this beautiful community in the
north of Germany.
And, um, for, for all of you who
are in the closer circle, you might know
that being in, being in Germany has been
really difficult for me.
I always, I really tried to get out
(28:52):
of the state and to really not like,
not feel the pain, not feel the, the
projection and the anger.
And, but I was like, I was a
nasty human being in Germany.
And I really tried to go outside and
be with nature and to get rid of
the charge.
But I was, I was miserable a lot
of times.
And I couldn't really, I couldn't really understand
(29:14):
why.
Um, because it was going on like every
day and I was really short tempered too.
And I was like, how come you're meditating
so much?
And you're really, you're really leaning into all
the things that are good for you.
And at the same time, this is your
experience.
This sucks.
Like what's going on?
(29:38):
And, um, so I find myself, found myself
in like the best possible version of living
in Germany that I could have at the
time, which is like, don't get me wrong.
It was a beautiful surrounding, but I felt
caught up.
I felt lost.
I felt like misaligned.
It was very, I felt
