Holistic Connections is here to help you learn about holistic approaches to wellness.
My objective is to share unique and often misunderstood holistic modalities from the healing arts and alternative methods of healing through conversations with different practitioners.
I ask you to keep an open mind and listen to what they have to say.
If you’re a holistic practitioner and would like to be a guest to share what you do with the public, please reach out.

Why I chose to spotlight LGBTQ+ Holistic practitioners for pride month - I am an ally.
However very often, false narratives will blame LGBTQ+ people for their own mental health challenges. Many of the mental health challenges in the LGBTQ+ community are often from anti-LGBTQ+ stigma, family and peer rejection, workplace discrimination, homophobic and transphobic hate speech and even violence, not to mention the rise in anti-LGBTQ+ political climate.
