Humans & Brands

Humans & Brands

Humans & Brands is a podcast about the messy space where leadership, identity, and work collide. Hosted by Lauren Douglass, each episode features conversations with people in marketing, branding, business, and entrepreneurship - mostly women, though sometimes men - about what it’s really like to grow up in your career and life. Lauren’s aim is that no one should have to navigate the journey of your work or your growth alone. This isn’t a highlight reel of the guest’s stories, it’s about learning from what these leaders have actually been through. These are the questions people are often too afraid to ask out loud like what failure feels like, how you deal with imposter syndrome, or how do you ask for a raise? Lauren’s figuring it out in real time, just like you, with the goal that every episode leaves you feeling a little more connected, a little less alone, and maybe gives you something you can carry into your day to day.
