In this episode, we delve into how to respond to narcissistic abuse of victims. Building upon last week’s discussion, we explore practical ways to identify, resist, and recover from the detrimental effects of narcissism in various aspects of life, including at work and in personal relationships. We draw on expert advice, including such things as recognizing narcissistic behaviors, setting assertive boundaries, and protecting one's mental and emotional well-being, as well as learning about effective communication techniques for managing interactions with narcissists, such as the grey rock method and the B-I-F-F approach .

Intentions and prayers start at 25 minutes 6 seconds.

Suggested Intention Focus for this week

We will that we will stay mindful of how we spend our emotional and mental energy in every situation, knowing that we needn’t accept any negativity that is directed at us.

Please join us in holding this.
