Vikram Ahuja is a serial-entrepreneur (4 startups, 2 exits) with 16+ years of experience building successful ventures at the intersection of technology, communities and art. He is currently a Co-Founder and CEO at Talent500, an AI-led talent marketplace helping some of the world’s best companies build global teams in talent-rich hubs. Vikram is also a Managing Director at ANSR, a global market leader helping Fortune 500’s setup and run large-scale global capability centres.

ANSR and Talent500 are backed by Accel Partners and is trusted by the world’s best companies (Airbnb, Morgan Stanely, Uber, Pepsi, Wells Fargo Bank, Target etc) to help them acquire the best global talent. Vikram’s prior experience spans e-commerce and emerging-technologies. This includes leading teams at the Middle-East’s first e-commerce success stories (Cobone), building one of India’s earliest startup and corporate accelerators (Kyron - acquired by Techstars) and establishing Asia’s largest community for group tours (Byond Travel) bringing in multi-million dollar revenues with 250k+ tours in 80 countries. Along the way, he also co-founded Triperna (backed by Tiger Global) and built ParallelXR (a part of Facebook’s first global VR accelerator with clients such as Walmart, Amazon, Lowe’s). Prior to being an entrepreneur, Vikram was a Management Consultant with CapGemini in San Francisco and Madrid and a Technology Consultant at Thoughtworks.

Vikram is also a member of and served on the board at The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), an exclusive network of 13000+ entrepreneurs in 190+ cities around the world. Vikram has a MBA degree from IESE, University of Navarra and The Anderson School of Management UCLA.

Vikram is an accomplished speaker on technology and entrepreneurship having taken stage at The Web Summit (the world’s largest tech conference), Surge, NASSCOM’s Product Conclave, TedX and more.

In addition, Vikram is a passionate artist and believes in building a multi-faceted lifestyle. He is award-winning short film-marker and was a selected film-maker by Google for the Daydream impact program. In addition, in a past life, he represented India in Salsa at the Asian Open Championships and came in 2nd.
