Since the 1940s, Fairmont Royal Pavilion has been a haven on Barbados’ iconic West Coast, and in this episode, we meet a few of the people that ensure this legacy of luxury is upheld.
First, we spoke with General Manager, Jean-Cristophe, who is renowned in the luxury travel world and has been a fixture of Fairmont Royal Pavilion for several years. We then dined with Chef Jenelle who has elevated the experience at the beachfront Taboras restaurant to a fine art, blending traditional Bajan flavours with modern techniques. Finally, Director of Rooms, Michael, describes his journey to overseeing the teams who work together to make the magic happen.
