Trump calls Rutte a “friend,” cancels Budapest “for now,” and slaps “tremendous” sanctions on Rosneft/Lukoil—while pitching a freeze-in-place ceasefire he mocked last week. Tonight I unpack the Oval Office spin, the carve-outs, and why “pressure theater” won’t unplug Russian barrels. We hit Tomahawks (no, he won’t train them), front-line updates around Pokrovsk, a caller’s good-vs-evil sermon on family, Lithuania’s balloon-borne contraband cigarette panic, and France’s museum-heist Olympics. Same show, fresh S-words: summit, sanctions, smuggling, stolen gold—and skepticism. International Flavor: Where the Truth Just Tastes Better. Live Sun–Thu, 9–10:30 p.m. CST at damradio.com/live.

(00:00):
We interrupt this incredibly awesome music to bring
you some incredibly awesome political talk on damn
radio Hello, good evening.
Welcome.
This is international flavor.
You're on damn radio This is Samuel trap
and I'm coming to you live from the
Lake Ozark real estate of the art studio

(00:22):
If you wish to send me emails, I
might even read them It's at live at
damn radio.com or personally to Samuel T
at international flavor dot-com There's always a
possibility.
You can phone in 5 7 3 7
4 6 8 0 2 0, but I
got a lot to talk about I may

(00:43):
not answer we shall see Tomorrow at 9
a.m. I'm doing an interview in Russian
with a Russian television station over there and
They Posted all out there doing an article
of mine that I told you about the
other night on Sunday night my little deep

(01:03):
dive into the Bering Strait and the Alleged
Putin Trump tunnel Suppose that's on hold with
the news of today.
What did I tell you?
What do I tell you every day now
generally?
I'm a Trump support.
Well, let's let's say I'm not a Trump
detractor I'm not one of those who you

(01:25):
know, he's definitely better than the alternative I
have always been iffy on some of the
things he does he does some some some
some pretty decent things on the on the
national side, although on the international side I
am of the opposite opinion and I suppose

(01:46):
it's because of Of Here we go again,
and it's like here we go again.
There you go again What was that from
was that from Ronald Reagan and somebody?
Well, there you go again when they were
talking about him in his when he was
fighting somebody in a debate somewhere I think
it was Reagan, but I don't do a

(02:06):
good Reagan so I won't do it But
let's talk about the old drumster who whose
head should be on a swivel He should
be one of those swivel toys because he
changes he changes directions like a swivel toy,
you know those things just Spin around in
the other direction.
We should start calling him On a 360

(02:29):
Verbock only he's 180 because he just does
Continual 180s all the time and goes back
in the other direction then back to this
direction and so two days from now, we'll
go back in the other direction, but today
all the news is OG here we go.
Again.
The meeting with Putin is on hold.
I'm not going to Budapest.

(02:50):
I'm not gonna go and You know screw
that we're gonna force this to end And
what happened?
Let's let's go with what happened because I've
said it repeatedly poor old trumpster.
He always The last person he talks to
who is the last person he mimics and
he changes Everything based on who he talked

(03:13):
to last So today he his first words
were it's an honor to have a friend
in the White House Right his friend his
friend Mark Ruta, who's basically the CEO of
NATO Came over and was hanging out, you
know in the Oval Office with the old
trumpster After that meeting or maybe during the

(03:36):
meeting or while it was going on Short
White House pool question and answer afterward He's
meeting with NATO Secretary General Mark Ruta.
Trump says It's canceled for now meetings Two
days ago.
I was telling you one thing yesterday.
It was another now.
We're back the other direction nobody knows what

(03:57):
in the hell is gonna happen if they'll
ever meet or not and So basically they
don't like what Lavrov and Rubio are coming
up with when they talk to each other
at the State Department All right, and they
they aren't they aren't Russia's not just going.
Hey, man.
Okay.
Sure We'll we'll just cave to whatever you
say just because you're you know, Donald Trump's

(04:18):
dude they've said the same thing for ever
on what needs to happen and Nobody's paid
attention to him and now Trump thinks somehow
Putting more sanctions on him, which we'll get
into in a minute here.
We're gonna go through this sanction Sanction saga,
why don't we call it that or the
what other s words can can we come

(04:40):
up with?
Do you remember this one silly Sammy slick
sipped six sodas and got sick sick sick
You don't remember that since my name was
Sam.
Maybe I remember that from from grade school
who the hell knows it could be I'm
a lunatic, but This is nuts and here
we go We've totally changed direction once more

(05:03):
and and I suppose it's always keep them
guessing, you know, it's like, you know All
your old girlfriend.
She's always gonna keep you guessing you never
know if you're gonna get a call back
from her or not and She's gonna keep
you guessing always always keep them curious, right?
And so that's definitely the old Trumpster.
He's a Publicity hound and he knows how

(05:25):
to How to spin a story right so
the short White House pool Q&A with
President Trump and NATO Secretary Rutte where Trump
confirmed he's canceled the Budapest meeting with Putin
announces brand new sanctions on the Rosneft and
Luke oil the two largest Russian suppliers and

(05:47):
he outlines a he's demanding a Stop where
you are and now he's back to demanding
a ceasefire down to three weeks ago He
was all about not ceasefire.
He was about well, we need to stop
it He was quoting the Putin thing after
his Alaska visit where he, you know rolled
out the red carpet He was all talking
about well, we need to we need to

(06:09):
understand that a ceasefire All it does is
give Ukraine a chance to rebuild Russia as
I outlined last night would okay would be
okay with a ceasefire so long as the
US and any of these other European suppliers
Stop supplying There was no more Mobilization and

(06:30):
replacing men and men on the thing They
didn't just use the ceasefire Ukraine to rebuild
and Russia has to start getting the momentum
all over again Russia's been extremely clear about
that.
I've been pretty clear about that.
I'm not saying it's correct I'm just saying
that's the point.
So if you're saying that, you know a
ceasefire is oh, geez We need to ceasefire
people are dying Yep, they are but Russia's

(06:52):
not gonna do a ceasefire and have it
go 30 days.
Everybody talk about it and go Oh, geez,
we're not gonna talk anymore Let's all go
back into the war back in the trenches
and start killing each other all over again
in Russia has start all over again with
gaining momentum Gives Ukraine time to dig new
trenches time to fortify new positions time to
go through they lost Pokrovs today is what

(07:14):
I hear and what we're gonna try to
get through that today as well and Talk
about some of the changes on the on
the front lines that have been pretty massive
in the last few days Including Pokrovsk and
that's a big deal You know losing Pokrovsk
and they're gonna lose some more big cities.
And and by the here here are these
sanctions Let's get to them, right?

(07:36):
So the first thing Stop where you are
ceasefire idea for Ukraine.
He talked to questions about jeez.
Here we go again about Tomahawks Timelines the
drug boat strikes.
He blew up another boat in the water
today without Proving anything and I'm very very

(07:56):
much against this that you don't just blow
up boats in international waters and go well,
they're damn drug runners everybody knows it well
prove it then if You know, they're drug
runners friggin prove it.
I'm so tired of this.
We're just killing people outright Bombing the hell
out of private people.
Okay, you know, it's not that we're not

(08:18):
at war with Venezuela.
Are we?
So freaking declare it in any in anyway
route to repeatedly reinforces a ceasefire first message
That's what Europe's been after all along why
because Europe is all about Continuing this war
and they know in order to continue this
war that they need a ceasefire They need

(08:40):
to re-fortify the positions that Ukraine has
they need to mobilize more people maybe send
them back to Ukraine from some of the
EU countries the young Old men because they're
their draft age is age 25 to age
60 Age 24 well, it's 20 to 55
but 60 if you're a an officer But

(09:03):
we're they're bringing in soldiers age 25 to
55 the average age of a soldier over
There was something like 46 47 a while
ago It's probably older than that now and
they have over a half a million half
a million Disappeared people who have run away
from the front lines who they have they

(09:24):
have a hundred and eighty Thousand or something
like that is the is the number of
people actually charged with desertion a hundred and
eighty thousand men running away from the front
lines So, you know They don't the Ukrainians
are not all about this war if they
were they'd all be standing on the front
lines Ready to fight that is not what's

(09:47):
going on people.
And so The way to stop the war
is quit funding it and instead It's time
to punish Russia because there's money in this
in the rebuilding of Ukraine But you but
Ukraine won't agree to anything.
They'll keep killing off all their people until
there's nobody left.

(10:08):
They'll keep doing it No, they don't have
anybody else they're they're trying to get all
of the EU countries to push their men
to come back and to Ukraine so they
can get them and that most of them
aren't doing it, but Poland was talking about
it and sending them back Anyway At the
beginning Trump calls Ruta a friend He says

(10:29):
the talks are going along pretty well on
Ukrainian Russia.
Are they how are they going along pretty
well?
If you're gonna stop them, right and you're
not gonna meet in Budapest He says the
conflict proves harder than the Middle East and
claims his team solved the puzzle of the
Middle East He then confirms we canceled the
meeting with President Putin because it didn't feel

(10:51):
right Ruta thanked Trump credited him for being
peace in the bringing peace in the Middle
East and Says the next big thing has
to be Ukraine in Russia He says NATO
and the Europeans want to deliver on Trump's
vision of peace he praises the 5%
defense spending goal and The Hague summit success

(11:12):
and says that Europe will pay for u
.s. Weapons to Ukraine So the big deal
now is and this has been going on
for a little bit Trump gets to claim
that we aren't funding the war in Ukraine
We're selling weapons to NATO to European countries
and NATO countries and NATO countries are Supplying
them to Ukraine therefore, it's okay.

(11:34):
So we make money off it and we
aren't supplying the weapons All right.
Well, that's a that's a small division He
announces Trump announced a trip to Asia.
He's going to Malaysia South Korea Japan and
he says he's gonna meet with Xi Jinping
in South Korea He says he's gonna press
him on getting Putin to end the war

(11:57):
by energy and oil Leverage, right?
And then he said well Budapest for now
is canceled said it again and said we'll
do it in the future And so he
thinks somehow he's gonna convince Xi Jinping to
go against Russia on Gas and oil on
his LNG that comes through the biggest pipelines

(12:20):
in What is it called through those brand
-new brand-new pipe channels that come all
the way into China and our India to
they are I Struggle to see that that
Luke oil and Ross Neft Are going to

(12:41):
make a difference anytime in the near future
I just don't see it and and we'll
get into the analysis and on that here
in a little bit So there were some
reporter questions and ask and answers.
Why elevate sanctions now?
Trump said Trump said well, I didn't believe
it yesterday.
It just changed my mind No, it's not

(13:04):
what he said, but that's what he should
have said.
He just said I felt it was time
He felt it was time These are tremendous
sanctions, what did he talk to Lindsey Graham
again?
He said it's against their two biggest oil
companies.
We hope they won't be on them for
long We want the war settled.
He again floated the idea of freezing along

(13:24):
the current front lines Take the line that
had been formed and everybody go home Russia
ain't going home friends and neighbors and he
cites heavy casualties last week.
Yep, Russia killed a truckload of people Well
many many many many truckloads Treasury posted the
the Ross Neft and Luke oil designations on

(13:45):
the same day I'm still trying to figure
out exactly what time to find out if
it was before or after he met with
Ruda and he said Somebody said if Putin
says he's he's pushing for peace.
Why more pressure?
you know why not and basically everybody knows
that knows anything about this that you have
to talk about the The root causes and

(14:08):
you have to talk about Ending the conflict
not just a ceasefire a ceasefire has been
used by I mean Nobody trusts the United
States.
Why should they and in all seriousness?
Why would they trust us?
We say one thing do another all the
way up and down the line and if
anything Europe is twice as bad and they

(14:31):
just are and but these very big Sanctions
are gonna push both sides.
Really?
Why would it push both sides to end
if you're only Sanctioning Russia.
Why don't you sanction Ukraine?
Hmm if the logic is that punishing punishing
Russia's oil Stops the war.

(14:53):
What are you gonna do to punish Ukraine
force them to the table?
Remember they are the ones who have who
have left the negotiating table The negotiating table
in Istanbul has been open for months and
months and months they started this back in
May then again in July and they started

(15:15):
it and Russia has been waiting for the
reciprocal paperwork and Documentation to continue the talks
that already started to end the conflict This
is how you know, they're being dishonest dishonest
in the West They're only pushing for ceasefire
that is all anybody cares about if you're

(15:38):
a NATO guy if you're a EU guy
and now if you're a US and Donald
Trump guy That's been listening too much to
the Rudas of the world too much to
the neocons of the world All you want
is a ceasefire Because you get to keep
buying more weapons.
You get to keep funding that You know

(15:59):
next election campaign you get to keep selling
them away Russia gets to destroy them and
keep on doing it and you get to
Have the front lines, you know slowly shift
westward as they have been they just keep
on shifting Westward and so this is one

(16:20):
of the most foolish things that we continually
do and it's very very Stupid let us
see what we can see Hello, mr.
Caller, how might I help you?
Sam what's the endgame?

(16:40):
Well, I think the endgame truly is still
somehow thinking they can bring Russia to the
to its knees and that somehow they're going
to get all of the Land wealth of
Ukraine and but more and more important the
the deep state the Westerners Everybody's still everybody

(17:03):
still wants that funding that's what I believe
and I believe that they're they they definitely
have the what's that company called Blackrock and
all of the contracts for rebuilding Ukraine they
definitely want that but they don't want them
to keep being pushed west because all of
The areas that have the best natural resources

(17:25):
and the most pricey metals, what do they
call them the The rare earth, yes, there
you go Those are all in the areas
that Russia has already taken in Ukraine the
vast majority of them are Already there and
they want that nuclear power plant.
There's a Parisian nuclear power plant and they

(17:47):
You know, they don't want to lose that
and Russia, you know, I haven't followed up
on this I've talked about it several weeks
ago, and I haven't followed up on the
fact that the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant they
were alleging that Russia and in the IAEA
the International Atomic Energy Agency has been saying
that that the Russians are trying to reroute

(18:14):
any Power supplies headed west and reroute them
all back to the east all exclusively into
Russia and not anywhere west and they don't
want to work with it now Trump when
he first came into office if you Remember
this he was trying to figure out a
deal where the u.s. Took over the
Zaporizhia nuclear power plant Nobody was gonna go

(18:36):
for that Well Ukraine would because they would
think that they'd get it back or that
they'd get to route it all then Russia
ain't playing that And so Russia has occupied
it since 2022 and has been holding on
to it so there's some big-money items
over there and there's plenty of rare earths
and Ukraine has lost a lot by all

(18:57):
of this and As I said a couple
of days ago We have been pushing this
war machine into Ukraine since at least 2014
and probably earlier than that and so Russia
is not just gonna bend over and go
Okay, we were wrong.

(19:17):
It's not gonna happen And so but that
that's that's my view of the endgame is
trying to is all about the same as
it always is control and money So would
you agree that That there's a there's a
battle between good and evil going on here
and it's not just political It's not just

(19:40):
you know Nationalist it's it's about it's about
a good Spirit and an evil spirit and
the evil spirits are trying to circumvent Everything
on this planet in their favor and then
the good spirits.
Well, you know, whatever they may be the
Russians the You know the Ukrainians.

(20:04):
Well, we're good too.
I mean, there's nothing I mean generally we're
good But we got our share of evil
here.
Just like everywhere else does So so that's
that's my point Sam Well, even even in
and I won't go into any detail at
all, but I have noticed some serious Serious

(20:25):
attempts to destroy things in people's individual lives
that that and I've had conversations with this
it was people that I Call friends and
in you know in private that are saying
and with family members they're going you know
what?
There's just there's just downright evil things going

(20:46):
on to break apart what's supposed to be
the strongest building block of the of the
world families Individual families, you know if the
family is strong and I've always believed this
I've not always been able to pull it
off, but I believe if the family is
strong then You you have strong countries, you

(21:08):
know, if you have strong family values, then
you'll have strong localities and and you know
that we we always discuss when you call
whether or not I'm religious or not and
Although I don't claim to be a deeply
religious person.
I do have my share of beliefs and
Fundamentally, I believe that that families are Are

(21:29):
meant to be the bedrock of that sort
of thing.
I believe that I always have and that
without without I Believe when you talk about
good and you talk about evil Which you
like to do when you call in and
I don't have any problem with that by
the way But but when you when you
talk about that and you talk about What

(21:50):
has gone on in the last 30 to
50 years and the destruction of family values
which no longer exist basically Well, they exist,
but they're very private now You know that
that you you you keep your views to
yourself on that most of most of the
time well, not all of us, but but
you know, it's I Truly do believe that

(22:11):
there are attempts to destroy families to destroy
that core unit and and but and it
just keeps getting bigger and the higher up
you go the bigger the Effort is to
destroy the core and when you've destroyed the
core the rest is ready to push over
you'll topple it before too long evil Sam

(22:34):
those are evil devils.
Those are the evil devils that want to
To disrupt our family our core family beliefs
and whatever, you know Whether we believe in
Jesus or whether we believe, you know, we're
agnostic or whatever You know, it doesn't what
what matters is there's these These devilish these

(22:57):
demonic forces that are they're coming upon us
And when I say us, I mean us
as families.
I mean us as as communities.
I mean us as togetherness in despite of
the evilness that's coming upon us and and
They're they're 2% at best they're 2

(23:20):
% and and then the the Propagandists those
are the mother afters that are the most
evil things on the face of the earth
those Propagandists those gerbils those those those finger
-pointing Calling people Antifa or not Antifa but

(23:46):
but but fascists and Nazis those leftist apps
2% of the population are the ones
that are getting the most play because of
the media And so here's what I have
to say Sam.
I Think you're smart.
I really do I tune in you know,

(24:07):
I got one person fooled.
Whoo Yeah But but I'm gonna tell you
this right now you are not a dummy
You're a smart guy and you're just putting
Information out there on the table for all
of us to consume and that is the
most important thing we can do We the

(24:28):
most important thing we can do is just
provide data provide information and then leave it
up to the you know, the You know
just the dummies out there in the field
to decide for themselves what they want to
believe in That is your thing and you

(24:51):
do a good job of it.
And so does Kate So does uh, you
know the the damn radio and whatnot and
then then the KRMS they're they're the dummies
They're the leftists.
They're the suck-ass fucking faggots Push Crack

(25:11):
it up a lot Okay, I don't go
that far just just to make sure that
that I I say that I have no
no evil doing No evil thoughts or intentions
about anybody there now, do I always agree?

(25:33):
No, but that doesn't mean that doesn't mean
I believe they're evil I'm not asking you
to agree with me I allow you to
have your say but but I don't want
it to be to be to go unchallenged
Let's say at least on my behalf Challenge

(25:53):
challenge me.
I tell my kids, you know, I get
my kids, you know, just talking points Just
just information just points of information just little
little dots here and there and I always
always Always challenge them to fact-check the
fuck out of me, you know go fact
-check me fact-check me for what I

(26:14):
say and what I believe in what my
position is and and and in it in
variably, you know, they they they cannot come
to a disagreement because I'm always F-ing
right, bro.
I know he's always right.
Do you know what I think is is

(26:34):
one of the and I truly do believe
this is a very large problem not just
in America, but everywhere is is Listening to
an echo chamber, okay, and I know you
well, I I'm pretty sure you know where
I'm going with this If all you do
if all you do if your entire news

(26:55):
Comes from Fox News or from CNN or
MSNBC pick Al Jazeera who cares what from
one source?
There is no that you will just be
an echo chamber for the exact same thing
and you will develop This echo chamber point

(27:17):
of view and you will never have anything
different So you've got to listen to different
points of view in the on in any
When you go to law school I know
I've said this before maybe even to you
when you go to law school like I
have In and one of the things I
was in I was in a I went
to the national Negotiation competitions and was in

(27:39):
the final four got my ass kicked by
Georgetown University, but well, you know these things
happen and but the the game was Two
days before the competition and you would you
would receive a large packet of law of
fact patterns of documents of everything and and

(28:01):
and you would receive all of these and
the deal was You had to memorize that
memorize you had to study result study the
law study the the facts study How you're
gonna apply it to the facts and study
which one you're gonna do, but you didn't
know which side you were on Until you
got sitting a you know, like an hour

(28:21):
before the or the night before I don't
remember exactly But it was like within a
very short period of time you had to
pick which side that you well You didn't
pick it was randomly drawn and given to
you.
You have to be able to take each
side and so I Don't think that's really
where my my thought process came from because

(28:42):
I've always been that way, you know I've
always wondered well, you know You know, I
was sergeant why in the army, you know,
wait a minute that just doesn't sound right
or you know What about this or what
about that?
You know, I'm sergeant question mark, you know,
what what what in the world?
People remember about me is that I'm always
asking questions And I always want to take

(29:05):
the different point of view and I always
want to try to find something The best
deal, you know what I mean?
Dialectic it's problem Reaction solution and listen, I'm
gonna tell you this right now Sam whether
you come down on this side or the
other Honestly in my view from my point

(29:29):
of view.
It doesn't matter to me what what what
what side of the argument you come down
on as long as you have a legitimate
Perspective, that's right a legitimate basis for why
you think that way I'm not just you're
not just some raving lunatic who I can

(29:49):
even understand the people who get paid to
think a certain way Okay, you know your
job your job requires you to spout, you
know BS for CNN Go ahead or your
job requires you to spout off the party
line on Fox News.
You know, you did it's Part of the
game.
You got to do it.
That's your job, right?
And and this I get that this is

(30:10):
I I value your show.
I mean, I'm a Christian, you know, I
Just recently just a couple years ago.
I think I've told you the story but
but just a couple years ago I learned
to be a I don't know learned may
not be the right word, but I just
got consumed by the power of Jesus Christ

(30:32):
and is his dying on the cross and
it's his his You know crucifix crucifixion and
and just recently and I know you're not
that kind of guy and that makes it
even more enjoyable to to and to to
discuss things with you because because we we

(30:55):
have different points of view and and to
me my friend and I'm gonna say my
brother and then all your your friends and
whatnot cohorts on the damn radio, that's what
makes this platform so Admirable because we can

(31:16):
actually discuss things without being hateful without being
Condescending we can just openly discuss things.
So Sam, you know, I don't know if
you're an atheist or an agnostic I don't
know.
I don't care bro.
I really don't care What I do care
about is that you have a particular point
of view that you're willing to share with

(31:38):
people And that's why I enjoy Engaging in
conversation with you my friend.
So Listen, I'm not here to antagonize or
or criticize.
I'm here to engage and Now I feel
beat up upon I feel bad no I'm

(32:04):
used to be having the crap beat out
of me when people call up, you know,
it's like I'm only one person That's it.
Well, I think you're smart.
I think you're a nice smart guy and
I really enjoy your perspectives and your points
of view and and With with with what

(32:25):
we do together the things that we share
together the points of view We share together
are gonna do nothing but but bring goodness
into this this this this discussion so Everybody
could use more goodness.
So there you have it a lot more
goodness.
All right, brother I'll let you have your

(32:47):
show back.
You have a very nice evening and thanks
for your call Thank you, brother And There
he goes.
I heard that from someone on the radio
one time They said and there he goes
and then I stole it because that's the
way I am I just steal other people's
words and I always said that about lawyers
to a Lawyer who doesn't steal somebody else's

(33:09):
words.
You can steal them all you want.
You just got a quote You just gotta
give him a sighting reference, right?
I mean, what do lawyers do but steal
other people's work and They're cheaters You've stolen
everybody's footless stuff and then you take it
and as long as you cite it properly
give the proper citing References, then life is

(33:30):
good, isn't it?
And that that's uh So you can always
steal somebody's words and steal them You just
got to say they're not your original words.
We took them from somebody else, right?
and your opinions should say that sort of
things to and Getting back to the old
Putin and Zelensky and how they end the

(33:52):
war according to Trump.
He says here's what Trump says both sides
Want peace now now I disagree with that
assertion.
I think that is completely BS Because Zelensky
does not want peace Zelensky needs this war
to continue so that he can continue to

(34:12):
be president because as soon as it's over
This boy has got to have elections and
all he can do is have martial law
and keep this war going on and he
says That now is time to make a
deal according to Trump both sides want peace
The no, that's not true Zelensky all he
wants is a Ceasefire he never wants peace.

(34:36):
He wants this to continue.
He just wants to delay delay delay and
the Russian side they want peace And Peace
is done at the negotiating table and they've
said that for several years now that you
sit down at a negotiating table and you
resolve the end of the war and by

(34:58):
the way, it was resolved in 2022 and
Everybody knows that part of the story Once
again, though Trump Trump, he can't get he
can't go through a press conference without saying
it.
Here's what he says This war wouldn't have
started if I'd been president This is Biden's

(35:21):
work.
Sorry, buddy.
He quit saying that for though.
He didn't say it this time In fact,
he's quit saying is Biden's war because it's
not not anymore.
This is Trump's war This is Trump's war
and now Putin may be willing to negotiate
Putin is always has always been willing to
negotiate He has always been willing to negotiate.

(35:42):
He gave you the terms of what the
negotiation would be Said that we can sit
down and do this, but I'm not just
gonna give you a ceasefire.
It's not gonna happen he's been very clear
on that and for years for Years and
years and he does not want Russia to
take all of you Well, that's nice so

(36:03):
so why don't you stop the war and
and instead if you really could stop this
war Mr. President if you just cut off
Ukraine, so what the discussions between Lavrov and
Rubio are circling around What the initials are

(36:24):
if you get to a ceasefire, did you
know that this is what they're they're saying
If you get a ceasefire, what would be
the terms of the ceasefire?
The Russians have somewhat backed off the stance
of saying What I have been saying which
is exactly what they've been saying and they
somewhat backed off against it because Putin respects

(36:48):
Trump and vice versa and so they have
even been willing to say look we don't
want this to go on forever and We
don't want long-range weapons bombing into into
Russia, you know, we don't want that and
we are willing to Have a ceasefire if
you we will stop on the ground if

(37:12):
you don't provide any sort of Military intelligence
to Ukraine During them during the ceasefire.
You don't Provide them new weapons.
You don't provide them new ammunition.
You don't allow them to Remobilize and rebuild

(37:34):
the front and re-entrench and all of
these things we need verifiable stopping on the
ground that says they are not going to
cut this and nobody will agree to it
and so this is why I Assume that
why the old Trumpster has been convinced into
saying that Sanctions are now the answer once

(38:00):
again sanctions aren't gonna change anything which we'll
get into here in a little bit He
was asked questions at this crazy This crazy
reversal With Ruta he was asked about these
border drug boats and he he's defending these

(38:20):
strikes in international waters, and he's saying that
he might even do land operations and With
congressional notice he'd have to notify.
It's nonsense He talked about the White House
ballroom, and he's talking about privately funded East
Wing replacement and showed renderings and Talked about

(38:41):
transparency stuff like that, and then he did
a final blurb on tariffs he said Supreme
Court on tariffs coming up is one of
the most important and Says that tariffs make
the u.s. Rich and secure and He

(39:01):
might be right on that.
I don't know.
I'm not I'm not an expert on that
I was trying to figure out like I
told you earlier if the timing of these
sanctions was really At the same it was
the same day morning cable hit hit with
Ruta's visit and the Oval Office Was about
midday, and then Trump canceled a little bit

(39:25):
out and talked about new sanctions then then
the Treasury posted the press release and That
that came out in the afternoon, so I
think they although they did somewhat overlap it
was designed to have them come out after
the Ruta meeting and Trump announced it in
the Oval Office and then formalized it With

(39:50):
the Treasury shortly right after and remember these
are full blockades of Rosneft and Luke oil
and dozens of their Subsidiaries and they gave
a couple of Exemptions especially for Kazakhstan and
their oil flows and They give a wind

(40:12):
-down time period until November 21 of 2025
so these Sanctions are a month away.
Okay, so they're they're trying to push some
things like that, but he said yep Um
Budapest canceled sanctions are now they're tremendous the
great word No tomahawks to Ukraine Because He

(40:36):
actually said this and it is the first
time I've heard him say this That he
admits that And he had to have gotten
this from his converse well He didn't ensure
he knew it, but I'm sure that Putin
reiterated it when they talked to last Thursday
He said Listen if we give them tomahawks

(41:00):
It's still us that's firing them and and
he actually admitted it during this meeting is
what he said and Why all this now
and who's in his ear, you know Ruta
was sitting there?
But I don't know I still see something
deeper because I you know I don't I

(41:22):
just don't like it and it's continually like
this so what did the US actually do
like I said, they fully blocked Ross Neft
and Luke oil and the long list of
their subsidiaries the Treasury paired this with an
explicit call for an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine
Russia won't do an immediate ceasefire without some

(41:43):
kind of a guarantee that the conditions already
mentioned are met and Let's see, they're gonna
secondary sanctions foreign banks Okay that conduct or
facilitate significant transactions for Ross Neft and Luke
oil and They're trying to make this a

(42:07):
pretty big stick, but they have all these
carb carb outs like CPC and Tenga Shiva
Tenga Chevroil, which is Kazakhstan Petroleum services that
are they're authorized firms get a wind down
through November 2021 It allows them to divest

(42:28):
and transfer debt equity and derivatives through November
21 also Luke oil retail gas stations that
are located outside of Russia get to keep
on Operating without blocking account mechanisms, right?
And so Here's what Russia's I mean, you
know Washington says they say this is going

(42:49):
to be a revenue squeeze and Leverage take
the two biggest brands in Russia put them
under a full block Raises Russia's financial friction
and pushes Moscow toward a ceasefire now Treasury
said that outright on their US Department of
Treasury website And allegedly this will also scare

(43:10):
non US banks Frankly, I think it'll have
the opposite effect but the the foreign bank
warning is designed to chill any financing or
trade credit or settlement for Ross Neft and
Luke oil Allegedly even outside of the dollar.
That's why they're taking these foreign banks and

(43:32):
they want to avoid a supply shock That's
why they put this although the price of
oil went up a dollar today, right?
And it might even have gone up more
I haven't looked recently but it was a
dollar up right after this Okay, and that's
gonna continue to rise So what is Moscow
saying and what it's saying is likely to
happen and I think this more likely this

(43:53):
is what's happened with every other sanctions package
and I don't think this will be any
different especially If you don't get now Trump
again yesterday said that Modi told him that
he was gonna quit buying Russian oil I
think he's full of crap and the Ministry
of External Affairs of India has said repeatedly
that he's full of crap That's not what

(44:15):
Modi said and there's no intention of them
doing anything different and Jaishankar came out and
said it too The whole pile of Modi
has said it everybody has said it from
the Ministry of External Affairs of India They
haven't changed their tune since Trump first floated
this out several last week late and now
he's here He's again saying no.
No, he threw it out again today said

(44:37):
that.
Yep.
They I'm sure Modi did tell me that
They're not gonna be buying anymore But you
never know, you know Trump is always posturing
somehow and and and again why do I
have to keep defending myself that I'm not
anti Trump because I'm not I just Think
that some of the things he does just
make no sense No, I have friends good

(44:59):
friends and neighbors who tell me that everything
he does is gun done with they That
he's a genius and he's got this all
wrapped up and this is gonna Come about
and it's all gonna work.
Okay?
I'm just waiting to see it.
I'm waiting.
So here's what Moscow says gonna happen zero
to 30 days near near term there will

(45:22):
be operational continuity inside of Russia refineries and
field on the Annexes or domestic and they
keep running they get paid in usual in
rubles the pinches in international Payments not in
barrels in the pipeline.
They're gonna have plenty of Barrels in the
pipeline.
So what is going to be targeted is

(45:43):
payment reroutes Okay, but the payments will be
rerouted.
They won't stop traders and buyers will pivot
harder where?
To non US dollar settlements and smaller Regional
banks some in the mainstreams of Asia some
MENA banks may step back due to the

(46:05):
secondary sanctions risk, but that you know where
where there's some where there's a purchaser and
a seller Money finds a way and that's
all there is to it.
There's not going to be the Caspian pipeline
carve-out is insulating Kazakhstan.
So they're not gonna have any problem with
that And their exports are through Russia Hmm,

(46:29):
isn't that odd?
Luke oil abroad stays open for now retail
networks outside of Russia continue under other Orders
and so there's not really any immediate hit
at the pump in most countries and the
price move fades until Enforcement's bite, right?

(46:51):
So the prices aren't gonna do anything for
another month and they'll stick only if secondary
sanctions enforcement turn aggressive somehow and The the
real story and here's where it becomes important
is one to six months.
Here's what's gonna happen There's gonna be higher
friction and higher costs more paperwork Blocked account

(47:14):
workarounds and pricier trade finance Will will mean
the transaction costs do go up, but it
won't kill the volume You know that's similar
to what occurred all through 2022 to 2025
Everything to date and this is even supported
by the US Treasury Department Treasury sanctions major

(47:35):
Russian oils and they've said this they mentioned
this Then they're gonna talk about these shadow
services which go even deeper than they are
now and where are they gonna go?
They're gonna go away from Swift They're gonna
go away from Global trading on the West
that are dollar based or euro based and

(47:57):
they're gonna go to Rupee based to yuan
based to peso based, you know they're gonna
go they're gonna go somewhere else and they're
gonna start through the Currencies of and by
the way, this includes Middle Eastern countries that
are they're already doing it and and they're

(48:19):
already Financing some of these outside of the
dollar because money will find a way it's
just gonna find a way and it isn't
gonna kill the volumes and so If Washington
extends or renews carve-outs This is what
you should be watching for is next is
November 21 November 21 when these are supposed

(48:40):
to you know geez now it's time to
shut down Luke oil outside of Russia to
now it's time to not allow for any
Payment mechanisms that we said we're not going
to allow and if these things lapse Or
they name they start naming foreign banks that
they're gonna sanction these foreign banks, this is

(49:03):
going to increase the effect of the sanctions,
but it's also gonna be a It's gonna
force a bigger and faster Change to the
way international banking is accomplished and they're gonna
go to different different Currencies and continue to

(49:25):
do country-to-country exchanges through their own
national banks, which is on the bricks plus
sort of sort of Scenarios as we've discussed
before So it's it's this is theater This
is once again.
We're in the theater and this is pressure
theater more than any sort of choke point

(49:46):
with CPC protected that's the Kazakhstan places and
Luke oil retail abroad spared flows will keep
on moving Just like they did yesterday And
they're gonna do that for another month and
then by the time they get there Russia
will figure out how to route around it
They'll still be moving oil might be slightly

(50:06):
costlier, but they'll still be moving it and
as long as China and India have the
Demand that they have this isn't gonna work,
and I don't believe that they're gonna change
so what to watch for next as well
bank behavior especially in the United Arab Emirates

(50:28):
India China and Turkey why because if do
if large banks like these if They exit
Ross Neft and Luke oil That could be
that that could be an indicator or do
they tighten their own compliance and say that
you know We're doing this, but we're doing

(50:48):
a different way and and there's licensing decisions
that come out before November 21 Mean they'll
be able to extend them after that.
I think that the hardline pressure expires And
there will be no real material disruptions the
oil price trend after a knee-jerk pop
Watch and see if the prices continue to

(51:08):
escalate or if it fades if trade routes
Renormalize, which is probably what's gonna happen and
I?
Don't know Russia's been pretty much reporting the
same thing as everyone Else they have emphasized
that this is probably the Biggest price step

(51:30):
yet or sanction step yet and Talked about
you know how it defeats the diplomatic purposes
of what they've been talking about between Putin
and The old trumpster and So I watched
an interesting this one It was a YouTube

(51:53):
video, and it was and I don't remember
who it was It's What was a guy's
name?
I think I have it here No, I
can't find it, but it's a rock Moscow
furious and demands answers right and Here's how
it said us has delayed once again and

(52:14):
put in doubt a proposed Trump Putin summit
Despite earlier momentum after the October 16th phone
call between the president's Moscow is allegedly Angry
and demanding answers to proposals.
It says were put to Washington in the
Anchorage Alaska meeting last month media chatter about

(52:35):
a ceasefire first is called false or misleading
both In Russia anyway both Russia and US
readouts of the Lavrov Rubio call on October
20 Said it was constructive and didn't mention
a ceasefire They all spoke of next steps
and a durable resolution so Russia calls for

(52:57):
a durable resolution a final Negotiated peace and
the West is calling for a ceasefire So
let's talk about who's serious about ending the
war right this nonsense that you have to
have a ceasefire to end the war is
BS I Don't believe that makes no sense

(53:17):
Moscow's position is No immediate ceasefire They're pursuing
direct negotiations toward a full final settlement that
addresses what the root causes Jesus I'm like
a broken record how long have they been
saying that ever since I've been doing this
show which is more than a Year plus

(53:38):
and then on my Russian versions way before
that probably another nine months before that Ukraine's
permanent neutrality, that's what Russia wants no NATO
protection of Russian-speaking population all the same
Europe's alleged coalition of the willing is Pushing

(53:59):
a 12-point ceasefire freeze to hand Trump
while Hungary is allegedly working to salvage the
summit Russia says Preparations are continuing in principle,
but timing and location remain unsettled so Let's
talk about the timeline of this.

(54:19):
I Didn't get I wasn't able to do
the whole thing, but October 16th Trump Putin
phone call Lasted two and a half hours
Trump says that both agreed to a Budapest
summit Russia side You know said it wasn't
quite like that, but they did talk about

(54:40):
it or bond Victor Orban and she jarred
Oh from Hungary Talked about logistic and working
the phones Bulgaria says that their airspace is
available for Putin's plane Poland says will threaten
to deny engage any flight of Putin over
our airspace and you know, they're you know,

(55:00):
Provocations, you know is what they're doing on
Monday, October the 20th Lavrov and Rubio had
a phone call Russia says it's constructive focused
on specific steps to implement the October 16
understanding u.s. Says we discussed our next
steps and the upcoming engagement to advance a

(55:21):
Durable resolution is what even the u.s.
Was calling it that is aligned with Trump's
vision and there is no ceasefire language Okay,
October 22 today Reports say that Budapest is
now off.
Trump says it's canceled and You know Washington

(55:42):
hasn't answered and now Trump is all the
sudden right back on with sanctions and Reversals
and not talking to Putin who knows what's
gonna happen with Rubio and Lavrov.
I mean What's the point?
You know, what is is this?
Is this the same sort of?
Position based bargaining that Trump has always been

(56:05):
so famous for you know, you just throw
out, you know, whatever position you're Available for
today and it'll change tomorrow So let's keep
an eye on this by the way, I
wanted to point out that This week.
This will be my last show of the
week.
I shall not have a Show tomorrow night.

(56:28):
I Apologize for that.
I thought I might be able to pre
record one but unfortunately, I am otherwise engaged
and tied up and do not have time
to I Have too many things that I'm
trying to do to record a show in
the meantime, and I like doing these at
night but I might come back Friday night,
I don't know and do it on Friday

(56:49):
and I just may do that and but
we'll see we'll play it by ear but
stay tuned Same back channel and we'll figure
out what we're gonna do.
Alrighty.
Let's keep on trucking Let's see Here's what
and now allegedly this is what the the

(57:12):
this video that I watched is That McCrone
and Starmer the the the numbskulls over in
the European Union are pushing a 12-point
plan to put Trump's ceasefire You know, they
want a ceasefire But then Rubio and Lavrov
never talked about a ceasefire Nor did the

(57:34):
u.s. Put that out as what was
to come from those two things They said
they were looking at a long-term resolution
to get rid of the war completely.
I wouldn't agree to it You know that
but that's me, you know, I wouldn't do
that, especially if I'm winning Russia's winning Russia
Is kicking the crap out of Ukraine, you

(57:56):
don't have to believe that go find out
yourself check it out I'm gonna go over
some of that for you here in just
a minute and tell you about the status
on here today But allegedly but there are
also other people that are saying Lavrov and
Rubio call blew up on the 20th because
Russia refused to a ceasefire so the summit
is off now, I didn't hear that after

(58:17):
the the Lavrov Rubio call.
This is the first time I've ever heard
that and so the They had question and
answers afterward after this show after the Lavrov
Rubio call right and Did the Lavrov Rubio
call?

(58:38):
Collapse over a ceasefire No, the Russian readout
calls it constructive u.s Readout said talks
about next steps and there was no ceasefire
language Anyway said who proposed Budapest and why
did Moscow prepare while sounding cautious?
Well, we talked about that last night and
the night before The speaker on this video

(59:01):
said that Trump floated Budapest during the October
16th call Hungary worked in logistics Victor Orban
said it would be great for them to
come over and didn't deny it and Russia
Was working on it and then Bulgaria said
it would be okay What exactly does Moscow
want before any summit?

(59:22):
a Clear answer from Trump to the Anchorage
proposal is no interim ceasefire Go straight to
a full settlement Something that addresses root cause
why in the world is this any question
anymore?
So I mean it just it really isn't
Where do I want to go we were

(59:45):
going to look at The cancellation of the
summit from the points of view of other
people what they have said over the last
24 hours and most of them did talk
about The Trump Commentary at the very beginning

(01:00:09):
and Let's see.
We had some Ross Adam.
Where is my next segment?
I'm scrolling right now.
Sorry Here it is front by front detail
that is what I wanted to get you
to okay So there's a channel I watch

(01:00:32):
and it's not the typical one I mean,
I watch a couple of different ones, but
the one I usually watch is a military
summary channel And he has pretty good pretty
good news segment up front for two three
minutes and then another 20 minute View of
the front on each day and he does
one One twice a day.

(01:00:54):
I believe he does him I don't watch
them all you know But but I but
I try to catch one every other day
or something like that and I keep a
pretty good eye on it well, there's another
guy I watch his guy his guy this
guy is named Ruslan Belov and he says
that the Russian for and he has a
pretty good summary of what's happening in in

(01:01:16):
the Point of view that he makes is
mostly from what the Russian Department of Defense
is saying but he also backs it up
with Ukrainian mappers just like The military summary
channel does and so I try to take

(01:01:37):
the ones that are mapping based upon official
statements, but verified by Unofficial on the other
side right so the Russians are saying here's
what we've done The Ukrainians are showing on
their own maps.
There's a guy called and his name He's
not well.
I don't think I don't think he's in

(01:01:59):
the deep state, but that's what he calls
himself so if you go out and do
a Telegram because he's not anywhere else Well,
not that I'm aware of but if you
go out to telegram and watch on telegram
channels what he is Putting out this guy
named deep state his maps are the ones

(01:02:20):
that they rely upon the most in Ukrainian
areas and he is A presumed in fact
if the government does the government has shut
him down or Dictated what he couldn't couldn't
say on several occasions because he was being
too truthful and so that you know, but

(01:02:42):
he's pretty accurate on the mapping and so
the fall of Pokrovskaya allegedly happened and I
want to get back to that here in
a minute, but the the gist of what
the video says in the beginning is That
the Russian forces made again today multi-sector
gains on October 22 2025 with Pokrovskaya Myrnograd

(01:03:07):
Axis and the eastern Zaporizhzhia Nova Pavlovka Presented
as the most consequential They there are some
stage some stations that are saying that all
of Pokrovskaya has been seized And that is
completely there There's an encirclement risk for Myrnograd
which is part of Pokrovskaya conglomeration which claims

(01:03:27):
that Russian troops have crossed the railway lines
in central Pokrovskaya and are pushing north and
have pinned Ukrainian units and They're basically trapped.
Some say that the Ukrainians have been withdrawing
in northern Myrnograd, but they aren't yet backed
by geo Geofencing geolocated and then in eastern

(01:03:48):
Zaporizhzhia, they say that Russian full control of
Pavlovka with military Department of Defense and Poltavka
which is western to Goloi Polia and from
Malaya Tokmachka and near And this is these
are big parts of Zaporizhzhia Okay, which is
remember there are four well five, but Crimea

(01:04:11):
is gone long ago and The Donbass is
basically taken which is Lugansk and Zanetsk and
then when you get to Zaporizhzhia and Kherson
those are the other two and and Kherson
is basically mmm 80% Zaporizhzhia more than
that that they're still pushing on these and
so I believe if this continues to go

(01:04:33):
and I'm still I'd still be surprised if
All of this stuff is still ongoing and
Russia ends up taking all of Zaporizhzhia all
of Kherson and finishes up the slivers of
The Donbass that they still haven't seized yet
whether they will stop or whether they will
continue Because they're also up in the Sumy

(01:04:54):
region.
They're still up in Kharkiv up in the
top above there and they've been crossing in
those borders and they still have crossed a
couple of rivers and now as if you
remember from a couple of weeks ago, and
I was saying that they that the Reason
that the Russians are still active up in

(01:05:15):
those areas is because they want to Perhaps
just like Ukraine was trying to take part
of the Kursk area last year they want
to say that well, I think if we
take some a Sumy we take some of
Kharkiv and we take maybe we get into

(01:05:35):
some of the Nikolaeva or we even some
of Odessa no, they're not there yet that
I'm aware of on the Odessa side, but
The Nikolaeva they have a small sliver I
think that they've taken there that they could
trade these slivers and these other places to
get the rest of Zaporizhzhia and What do

(01:05:57):
you call it just lost my train of
thought Zaporizhzhia and the Donbass regions they can
get them all and and her son and
get whatever is left at there and so
that's been some of the arguments that they've
put out on that and So I wanted
to go back and I thought about the
so here in Pokrovsk, they're saying some cartographers

(01:06:20):
market is totally Russian controlled, but there hasn't
been any official military Confirmation of that and
then on the southern part There's Ukrainian FPV
strikes hitting Russian assaults.
And so therefore the railway is under the
firm You know is under control of Russia
And the same goes for Mirna grad and

(01:06:42):
the retreating lines Ukrainians are are Retreating and
you know there he's they and many stations
are saying now that the city of Pokrovsk
will be gone collapse in the next days,
not the next weeks and in the northern
near near Kucherev Yar there's been a lot

(01:07:05):
of Ukrainian counter-attacks up there, but in
Kupyansk and some of the other areas of
There's just been not a lot of movement
and so since most of us don't know
where those exactly are located and don't follow
the maps like I do it's Probably pointless
to tell you the names of these cities

(01:07:25):
when they aren't When they aren't there the
fact is though that the Russians have been
making steady advances for quite some time not
huge advances, but steady and they have gained
a lot of ground in the last several
months and just grinding it out war of

(01:07:49):
attrition Ukrainians don't have any people to throw
back at the front line their their Mobilizations
are just crap and aren't going anywhere, and
they have basically run out of folks I
Thought and I read some of the things
this very first thing this morning I Read

(01:08:14):
Apparently and I found this rather interesting, so
I'm going to share the whole article with
you that That I read this morning, you
know there might even be a second one
because there was a second one and There
was another French Museum robbed How about this?

(01:08:38):
some 2,000 2,000 unique 18th-century
coins Disappeared from the Denise Diderot museum museum
days after a jewelry heist at the Louvre
in the Louvre Geez if you break into
there and robbed that place did it They

(01:09:01):
need better policemen over there or better guards
I don't know what but this is an
interesting story because apparently this is the way
to go these days This is how you
get rich right another museum in France has
suffered a break-in a France info reported
on Wednesday a day after a high-profile

(01:09:21):
jewelry heist at the Louvre nearly 2,000
prized coins were reportedly stolen from the Diderot
house of Enlightenment in the northern town of
Langrisse The case adds to a series of
Major museum thefts in the country in recent

(01:09:42):
months and has prompted an outcry from opposition
politicians over the government's handling of cultural heritage
security These gold and silver coins were stolen
on Monday morning after museum staff discovered a
broken front door and a shattered display case

(01:10:02):
the hoard included 1,000 633 silver and
319 gold coins from the 18th and 19th
centuries with an estimated value of around 90
,000 euro that's a hundred and four thousand
dollars The stolen items were part of the

(01:10:24):
museum's treasure collection unearthed by construction workers during
building renovations in 2011 according to the local
mayor's office The break-in appeared premeditated and
targeted cheese No surprise there with only selected
valuables taken while other objects were left untouched

(01:10:47):
local authorities reportedly tasked a private security company
providing overnight surveillance of the site while the
security system was temporarily closed Uh-huh this
incident followed two other major museum thefts this
month And I'm gonna read you about this
one on October 16th gold nuggets worth 1

(01:11:10):
.5 Million euro were stolen from the National
Museum of National History Natural History, I'm sorry
in Paris on October 9th eight pieces of
Napoleonic era jewelry were taken in a daylight
break-in at the Louvre This is unbelievable

(01:11:33):
Marianne Marichal a European Parliament member and niece
of Marine Le Pen said France has become
the laughingstock of the world following this ridiculous
threat theft calling for immediate resignation of the
cars and the museum security chief Dominique Buffon
whom she claimed had been appointed as part

(01:11:54):
of a feminization policy Jordan Bardella the president
of National Rally branded the heist as the
world's most of at the world's most visited
museum as an intolerable Humiliation and called it
reflective of the decay of the state of
France Isn't that terrible?

(01:12:17):
There's And but there was another article right
next to it and get this one.
This one is unbelievable, so there's another heist
at the Natural Museum a Natural History Museum
in Paris a Chinese national was charged with
Has been charged over 1.5 million gold

(01:12:39):
heist last month at the National Museum of
Natural History in Paris Again reported by France
info the disappearance of nearly six kilograms of
Gold was discovered by museum staff on the
morning of September 16th The nuggets were part

(01:13:01):
of a permanent exhibit and get what they
with this Chick or whoever stole, but she
had it in her possession a court had
some of it in her possession according to
prosecutors The stolen items included Bolivian nuggets Donated
to the Academy of Sciences in the 18th

(01:13:22):
century.
I mean you 200 years ago friends over
300 didn't it?
Well, I but doesn't matter pieces of Russia's
Ural pieces from Russia's Ural region that were
gifted by Tsar Nicholas the first in 1833
to the museum Nuggets from California dating back

(01:13:45):
to the gold rush Among them was one
single gold nugget that weighed over five kilograms
founded Australia in 1990 police Found signs of
forced entry at two doors and get this
each door was cut with an angle grinder

(01:14:07):
Left openings slur slightly larger than a standard
piece of paper, you know like a piece
of printer paper Security footed showed a small
woman dressed in a black Dressed in black
slipping through one of the holes that was
cut shortly after 1 a.m The suspect

(01:14:29):
used a blowtorch to shatter a display case
Containing the nuggets before exiting the building at
4 a.m. She's there for three hours
investigators said she wore a hat with a
face covering veil similar to a beekeeper net
and Looked like a circus to her circus
artist I don't know where they get that

(01:14:50):
from tools recovered at the scene included a
screwdriver saws and gas canisters Police tracked a
suspect through phone records and determined that she
left France the same day heading to China
She was detained at Barcelona Airport Spain where
officers seized one kilogram of melted gold Where's

(01:15:15):
the other?
Kilograms one nugget weighed five kilograms.
Where'd it go?
The case adds to the growing list of
high-profile museum thefts across Europe and beyond
earlier this month thieves stole Napoleonic juror jewelry

(01:15:35):
Estimated at 88 million dollars our euro 102
million dollars from the Louvre a Picasso painting
valued at 650,000 disappeared in route to
a Spanish Museum last week.
I think I shared that with you in
September a 3,000 year old gold bracelet
was stolen from the Egypt Egyptian Museum in

(01:15:58):
Cairo four pieces of historic art including an
approximately 25 year 2,500 year old gold
helmet Were taken from the Drents Museum in
the Netherlands in January so people are scalping
some high-dollar stuff and And Sounds like

(01:16:21):
they've gotten away with it for the most
part that they're just taking these high-dollar
things and people are watching Hollywood movies and
getting ideas, huh?
That is exactly what is happening unfarking believable
but You know Tell you what, maybe there's

(01:16:45):
maybe there's Aspirations, maybe we should start a
crime school, you know people want trade schools
We could have a school of crime me
and you set up the school of crime
and you learn how to Evade the police
and Robbed the Louvre Museum.
There's a lot of stuff in there and
there's plenty of museums around the planet and

(01:17:08):
most of them are I don't have all
kinds of I Don't have all kinds of
security or the highest levels of security hmm,
I Saw a different one Let's see Where
were we gonna go after this?

(01:17:29):
There was a Navy thing Lithuania remember me
telling you I was in Lithuania and Belarus
several a couple of months ago and Lithuania
is threatening to close the border with Belarus.

(01:17:52):
So I got to tell you the When
when you're crossing from?
Lithuania into Belarus you can do it in
Not very much time so I landed inside
of Vilnius and Was taking a Large

(01:18:21):
tour bus to go into Belarus and It's
like a I don't know two hour Two
hour drive, but they tell you to be
prepared for it to take Four six hours
right to go and to get to Minsk

(01:18:43):
and But it didn't take anywhere near that
long so When you're leaving Lithuania to get
into Belarus the Belarus Checkpoints where you come
in and show your visa and your passport
and whatnot The that was pretty short pretty
quick, you know, it didn't it wasn't anything

(01:19:06):
dramatic, you know, it's pretty easy You just
got to make sure you have a visa
and in you go Well on the way
back so on the way back Because I
went into Minsk and then I took a
train from Minsk to Moscow and then on
the way back Moscow by train to Minsk
and then Minsk to Vilnius again by bus

(01:19:28):
and But I stayed a little bit But
on either end, you know two three days
in Vilnius two three days in Belarus and
you know one on one end and one
on the other and Otherwise was pretty much,
you know standard but on the drive back
it takes It they say that sometimes the

(01:19:52):
crossing between Minsk into Lithuania Can take 17
hours Which I didn't know on the way
in or I would have found a different
way on the way out I didn't find
out until it was like You know, I
was leaving Minsk in there and then people
were talking about it.

(01:20:13):
Well, they're standing there and One lady was
going.
Yeah, we were here before and it we
had to wait for all of this time
You couldn't get in and it was like
Jesus Let's head 17 hours.
Well, here's why because the border is Nuts,
and by the way when you're going over

(01:20:34):
there, here's some crap for you This was
this was nuts while you're going in there
the bus driver says he gets on the
he gets on the speaker and he says
Listen when we get up to Lithuania Make
sure you put your paperwork in this bin.
These are double-decker buses.

(01:20:55):
They're huge, you know, they're they're pretty cool
and they're very comfortable you know nice nice
ride and whatnot and He uh, he says
on your way in Understand that Ukrainians get
to go first I Was like what and

(01:21:16):
I mean obviously he was on a speaker.
It's like what the hell is that?
Well, apparently the Ukrainians get to go first
And so you're put you know in the
bus their buses full their cars full their
peak, you know They're everywhere and they're all
running out And they're headed to NATO countries
and it's funny because how in the world

(01:21:37):
of Ukrainians and this is this is what
I was sitting There wondering it's like alright
so if you don't like Belarus and there
in Belarus is supportive of Russia, which is
generally true, but Belarus Poland Lithuania Latvia Estonia
Ukraine They're also mixed and they have been
for hundreds of years.
They're just mixed There are all kinds of

(01:21:59):
people from all kinds of places You never
who will hold you never know who holds
what passport, right?
but the Ukrainians get to go first if
they're first in line, they're moved to the
first and especially in Lithuania and Lithuania Jesus
you can speak Russian over there.
They're rude to you.
They sure were to me and And they

(01:22:19):
can't speak they speak don't speak English for
crap, you know, but but you know You
speak Russian to him and they get angry.
It's like yeah, but I don't speak Lithuanian
and they don't talk to you so anyway,
this story is talking about that border which
is Two hours on the way from Lithuania
into Belarus up to 17 hours on the

(01:22:39):
way back Is so this is the story
of the border and now the Lithuania is
alleging that balloons carrying contraband cigarettes I've been
crossing over the border from its neighbor and
so therefore they're gonna threat They've threatened to
close down this border Lithuanian people are just

(01:23:02):
sick of it cigarettes Cummings cheap cigarettes coming
from the other side of the border Because
cigarettes are markedly cheaper on that side of
the border Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginini if
I said that right has threatened to close
the border with Belarus said Lithuanian National Radio

(01:23:25):
She said the measure would be in response
to an alleged flow of balloons Carrying contraband
cigarettes across the border if such balloons cross
our borders in mass again We will react
immediately and close the border.
It's already closed takes you 17 hours She

(01:23:48):
also reportedly expressed Skepticism that Vilnius could sit
down with this neighbor and reach an agreement
on anything.
They don't like Belarusians either people from Belarus
There's currently no information that this is a
coordinated operation by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, this

(01:24:09):
is about smuggling contraband cigarettes She said well
if it's not Lukashenko, then why close the
border?
So one breath you say I'm gonna close
the border cuz you know these these Belarusians
We can't make any agreement with him, and
then she goes, but I don't think it's
anything by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko She's nuts

(01:24:33):
according to the Baltic News Service dozens of
balloons crossed into Lithuania overnight on Tuesday disturbing
flights to and from the Vilnius Airport Where
I flew it Belarusian border authorities report that
Lithuania Unilaterally stopped border crossings for around six
hours well according to my history Apparently that

(01:24:57):
is a constant thing over there the head
of the Lithuanian National Road Carriers Association Narunas
questioned the Proportionality of the halt an air
incident should not become a pretext for paralyzing
road transport He said as transport sector workers

(01:25:18):
face Intolerable conditions and waits at the border.
He said already he said Currently Lithuania only
has two open border crossings with Belarusia Having
shut two down last March and two others
in August of 2023 which is Nonsense, this

(01:25:38):
is all so stupid because the only people
running out of Belarus are the Ukrainians And
that well they're trying to you know crossing
through there, but most of them come up
through Poland Nonsense, but you don't want any
Russian speaking people in there these people are
nuts They are Totally anti-russian.

(01:26:00):
It's it's it's it's worse than the 80s
between Texas and Mexico in all truth They
are hateful folk up there Let's see see
if I can find another short little article
for you to wind down Oh, I wanted
I did want to tell you about this,

(01:26:21):
you know The u.s. And here's Donald
Trump's latest, right?
Well, not really latest, but one of the
things another thing he said Like I've told
you a little bit about before the u
.s Will not help Ukraine fire long-range
tomahawk missiles at Russian forces said Trump Adding

(01:26:42):
that training kids troops to operate the weapon
themselves would take many months Well, he couldn't
do it anyway, because they would still have
to have fire missions from the western side
Speaking during a meeting with Mark Ruta at
the house.
Trump did not say whether the u.s.
Might eventually provide the missiles But stressed that

(01:27:05):
the weapon required long and intensive training The
problem with the tomahawk is that it'll take
a minimum of six months or a year
To learn how to use them, they're very
complex so the only way a tomahawk is
going to be shot is if we shoot
it and We're not going to do that.
We know how to use it and we're

(01:27:27):
not going to be teaching other people Trump
earlier cautioned that allowing Ukraine to conduct strikes
deep into Russia with long-range missiles would
lead to an escalation President Putin has warned
against supplying these weapons to Ukraine saying it
would be impossible to use tomahawks without the

(01:27:49):
direct participation of American military personnel so from
this we do know that Trump does listen
from time to time he also warned that
such deliveries would severely undermine the prospects of
a peaceful settlement said Putin and Damage relations
between Moscow and Washington Wall Street Journal reported

(01:28:10):
Wednesday that the Trump administration had lifted Restrictions
on Ukraine's use of certain long-range missiles,
but the u.s. Leader quickly dismissed this
report as fake news saying that Washington has
Nothing to do with those missiles wherever they
may come from or what Ukraine does with

(01:28:32):
them Ukraine has long requested tomahawks With the
topic discussed during the Trump Z man meeting
at the White House last Friday Where he
was crying afterward he seemed to be after
the talks to Ukrainian leader declined to comment
although Axios reported the meeting as bad Saying

(01:28:54):
Kiev failed to secure Tomahawks, and we knew
all about that Isn't that curious and quizzical
well folks I am Going to be up
trying to I'm actually gonna prepare for this
interview with Ukraine are The TV station and

(01:29:18):
well media outlet they do all kinds of
internet stuff too, and I'll be actually I
