This week, I've been focused on integrity versus authenticity. It's just been coming up in my conversations. It's been coming up in my thought process, maybe because of some of the things I've been seeing and witnessing how some leaders have been interacting with their teams and how some people are just interacting with others.
We can sometimes mistake authenticity for integrity or vice versa. But honestly, I think it's more of us thinking that if I'm authentic, I'm acting with integrity. They are not the same. They are really close, but they're not the same. And it's critical for us to understand the difference.
