Brittany Dahlen is the Co-Founder & President of Shifting Frames Consulting. She is a critical care nurse and educational specialist by background.
Dr. Rana Sharara-Chami is currently the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine section chief at Inova Children’s Hospital and an associate Professor of Medical Education at the University of Virginia- Inova Campus. She is also the PICU fellowship Program director.
