Please note that on Page 1, the order CONFIRMS Heather Bendl was NOT present and had no representation present so this "Order" should have never been signed by Illinois Judge Marnie Slavin. It should have been continued OR dismissed. Page 1 also confirms Heather never provided a Financial Affidavit because she was ordered to transfer her case to Florida because all parties lived in Florida now. So WHERE did the $785/month Child Support come from...??
On 1-26-2024 Heather's Attorney Mary Jane Nettles memorialized she got a call from Illinois Circuit 19 Judge Michael G. Nerheim who has NOTHING to do with Heather's two Illinois Orders from 2013 & 2022!
This is "Off-Channel Ex Parte Communications" and violates several Federal Laws and is a Felony!

Mary Jane Nettles never communicated this to Heather Bendl. If she did, Heather Bendl would have told her Nerheim was the Lake County State Attorney that was PAID to NOT press charges on Justin Serlick for Child Abuse and attempted Rape of Heather Bendl in the presence of the four in Heather's RV in July 2020.
