Willkommen zu unserer zweiten Podcast-Folge! In „Erkenne Dich selbst, sonst erkennt Dich keiner!“ dreht sich alles um die Selbsterkenntnis.
Ausgangspunkt für unser Gespräch ist ein Zitat von Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, das uns beide außerordentlich begeistert hat:
„Inwendig lernt kein Mensch sein Innerstes erkennen. Denn er mißt nach eignem Maß sich bald zu klein und leider oft zu groß. Der Mensch erkennt sich nur im Menschen, nur das Leben lehret jeden was er sei.“
Gemeinsam tauchen wir in die vielen Facetten dieses Zitates, aber auch der Selbsterkenntnis an sich ein.
Was bedeutet es sich selbst zu erkennen? Was ist das Selbst und was können wir in unserem Innern überhaupt erkennen? Wie messen und bewerten wir uns eigentlich selbst? Welche Fallstricke lauern dabei im Außen und Innen? Welche Auswirkungen haben kollektive und familiäre Prägungen auf unsere Wahrnehmung? Welche Wege gibt es, sich selbst zu erkennen und brauche ich wirklich immer ein Gegenüber dafür?
