3. Cultivating Emotional Intelligence

In this episode, I aim to delve deeper into Emotional Intelligence and demonstrate how leaders can cultivate it within the workplace culture. I'll explore how leaders prioritizing people-first or human-centered strategies can set the benchmark for fostering authentic relationships across the work culture using Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence Framework.

For leaders to manage people differently, they need to consider the significant impact emotions and relationships have on engagement and culture in the workplace.
