The idea of neutral thinking is a mindset that focuses on staying in the present moment without attaching judgements, emotions or biases to past events or future outcomes.

It's 10 times greater in our words and our language. So, like at the playground we go 'sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me' - that's a bunch of BULL. It's actually the opposite."
