Along the way he reflects on his time as a track and field competitor, the heartwarming story of how he met his wife, Kate Anderson and working with some of the greatest cricketers of all time. Richo’s running career saw him race with the greats of track and field, Ben Johnson, Carl Lewis and train with Australian Olympic legend, Cathy Freeman. His move away from competition and his obsession for all things sporting has been turned into a career that sees him working alongside one of his childhood heroes, Bruce McAvaney. His love of sports and his stories on and off the field give us a glimpse into the sporting world few have been able to experience.
