Welcome to our podcast, Lived-in Christianity!

In this two-part episode, Savannah and Emmanuel discuss stigma around mental illness in the church and the importance of going to therapy. In part one, they’ll cover some statistics about stigma in the church and Emmanuel will share his personal history with mental illness and faith.

Stay tuned for part two, where Savannah shares her story, we talk more about therapy and how God sees mental illness, and we discuss ways to frame mental illness within our faith.
