Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, and welcome back to the Mathsphony podcast with
me Joshua Fox, and I have a very quick update
for you guys right now, following my podcast yesterday with
Ryan's speech outside of court where his av OH application
against Jackie was mentioned. Jackie has since responded, disputing all
of the claims that Ryan said outside of court and
also the things he included in his AVO application. Take
(00:24):
a listen to this.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Hey guys, No, I'm not ignoring you. I just want
to come on here quickly and answer a bunch of
your questions. I know everyone's really confused and they want
to know what's going on. I just want to clear
up some misinformation that's out there on the media currently.
First of all, i'd want to address the claim that
I didn't show up in court and I didn't appear.
I actually did. So one of the options to appear
in a hearing like this is just to send an email.
(00:46):
So I sent an email to the court register and said, hey,
I would like to attend by AVL, which is video
link because you don't actually have to attend in person anymore.
You can do remote attendings in court, and the register
said you do not need to attend this one. I
stated that I was going to be a post and
I want to move to timetabling, and I made a
note that this is a vexatious proceeding and that it's
(01:07):
a waste of kilt resources. And he's made two false
statements in his application form and it should be made
note of those things. The court register said that that's perfect.
That will be your parents. You do not need to
show up. It was a five minute proceeding, by the way,
and it was not substantial. It was the first hearing
of all the false statements that he's made. So this
was not an AVO. It was an advo, which means
(01:30):
that it's actually a domestic relationship. So the false statement
he made was that we were in a relationship for
nine months. You all know this is married at first sight,
where you're married for three months and then we broke up.
That was it. So he's actually made a false statement
in order to be considered for a domestic violence order.
And the second false statement that he's made is that
I have been directly contacting him, and I have not
(01:51):
directly contacted This man literally broke We both both blocked
each other after final vows and we never spoke again
except for reunion where we were forced to come back
into the same room, and then we never spoke again
after reunion. So he's lied not once, but twice in
his actual application to even get this considered in court,
So of course I have opposed it, and I have
(02:14):
literally released the court document that proves my innocence on
this one and proved not once, not twice, but three
times that he's making complete false statements that can get
him and do a lot of trouble. And the reason
why I'm not afraid to speak out is because I'm
telling the truth. Like, if he wants to assue me
for defamation, he's more than welcome to. But you know what,
truth is a defense to defamation. And hopefully he gets
(02:37):
costs awarded against him, and you know what, he may
very well try and lie in court. I would have
put it past him, but with the amount of lies
he's already made to date, I don't know if it's
gonna fly. And may I remind you guys that two
days before this hearing, he literally put up a new
video of me mocking me and harassed and yeah, all
(03:01):
in all, I just really hope the police get involved
and prosecute Ryan for lying in this court applications and
making false statements because it is a criminal offense. And
I'm really trying to move on with my life, like
I literally want to be done with him. I want
someone to take care of him for me. I do
not want to have to deal with this man ever
again in my life. Anyway, Thanks for listening to my TikTok.
I really appreciate your guys time, and I appreciate anyone
(03:22):
trying to get to the bottom of the truth. I
just want to show you the pretty sunset because it
is sunsetting tonight and it's beautiful, isn't it. Bye? Thanks guys,
love you.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
Yeah, there's delayest on that then as usual, it's very
he said, she said, he said, she said, he said,
she said when will it? And I don't know. Have
a lovely day. Goodbye,
