Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, and welcome back to the Maths Funy Podcast with
me Joshua Fox, and today's episode is all around pregnancy
rumors and potential married at first sight babies, because there's
a lot of rumors flying around despite the fact that
no one is actually pregnant. So firstly, we've got Jamie,
who many people are now suspecting is pregnant with Elliott's child,

(00:21):
which is quite ridiculous as I don't actually believe they
are technically together. But yeah, a few days ago, Jamie
and Elliott and a few other cast members were attending
an event, a alcohol event actually, and people were commenting
saying Jamie's gonna bump, Jamie looks like she's pregnant, and firstly,
why are we writing those comments? And secondly, Jamie of course,

(00:42):
then set the records straight, which led to news outlets
like New Idea, which I'm reading now doing a headline
that goes Maths. Jamie breaks silence on pregnancy rumors with
a subheadline She's responded directly to fans, and in the response,
Jamie says, how funny would it be if at an
event for an alcohol brand I announced the pregnancy, Except

(01:03):
it wouldn't be funny, because I'd be pissed the fuck
off that I'm sober. She then assured people there is
no bump. There is no baby. She's not with child,
and the bump people are suspecting was just some lighting
on her dress in that particular picture. So that was yeah,
non existent story number one this week. And then moving
on to Rhein Jeff, who people have also suspected may

(01:26):
be having a child soon themselves, and they were asked
directly about this in an interview with Women's Day, and
they said, we want to do in the future, but
for now, our main focus is just enjoying each other's company.
I feel like we've held off this long. I'm thirty
five and Jeff's forty. We want to enjoy our relationship
for what it is and just work on that for

(01:48):
at least a year or so. We're still in our
honeymoon phase, which makes complete sense as we're just coming
up to exactly one year since they met again at
their weddings. So would a regular normal couple who got
together a year ago be ready for babies now? Probably not.
That's probably a bit soon. But Ree and Jeff have
moved in together, which is exciting, but they did give

(02:09):
another little announcement during their Woman's Day interview that Jeff
has now launched his own YouTube cooking channel and has
been busy taking full advantage of their full sized kitchen
in their new home. I've been cooking non stop, says Jeff.
It's been great, so I don't have to cook, says
a relieved three. This article is so random, but yeah,

(02:30):
there we go. There's no one's having a baby, no
one's pregnant. This is the most pointless podcast ever, but
everyone's talking about it. So here's the truth. See you later.

Stuff You Should Know
Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
