Hello, and welcome back to the Maths Funny Podcast and
spoiler Alert. This morning, I'm deep diving into one of
the biggest mysteries of the married at First Sight World.
Why did Dave and Jamie break up so soon after
filming their final vow ceremony. Now. I don't know if
they're going to go into this at the reunion, or
if producers are going to do what they often do

every year for the most popular couple during the final episode,
where they almost edit like a fake cliffhanger ending suggesting
never say never and watch this space as if they're
still open the horizon, and they will get back together
and the show is actually capable of helping people find love.
I also don't know if Dave and Jamie will just
arrive at their reunion and put on like a united front,

pretending all these good although multiple people have told me
that they were already falling apart, if not already over
by that point. But what I do know is a
sneaky Sauce has told Yahoo Lifestyle that it was ultimately
Dave's decision that led to their split. Their show is
said this in an article yesterday. Dave still wasn't as

into it as Jamie was, and once they got home
he started to pull away. Yahoo Lifestyle then spoke to
Jamie yesterday and asked her about this, and she said,
You're just gonna have to wait another week. I'm going
to hold out onto the reunion and then you can
ask me whatever question you want about how we made
it work or didn't work. Now, to me, that sounds

like some shit is going to be addressed at the
reunion about what happened between them. Meanwhile, remember my podcast
yesterday about Adrian essentially fizzling things out with Athena once
she moved back to Perth. Well, Yahoo Lifestyle have come
through with the goods again kind of. And they put
this to Adrian directly in an interview, and they also
asked him about the rumors that Athena no longer wants

anything to do with him after watching their relationship back
on TV, and Adriane said this, there's.

Nothing in particular I think that, you know, watching the
show back for everyone is a lot like you. You
watch it back and you reallive the experience, but you
we live it by ten times because I feel like
a lot of people forget the true story how it
went down how it played out rather than seeing the edit.

(02:16):
So when you watch the editor back and like, oh,
this guy was bad or this girl was bad, it's like,
you know, both people played a role and a lot
of things were taken out of context that you're forgetting
about when you watch that back, and I think for
both Fast and Will be like, you know, we were
good for so long and then it's like banged right
before the end. We both felt type of way and
just made it a minute. I mean again on the show,

a Finla and me are still heavily involved in each
other's life even though we're not together, and I think,
you know, we've sort of been like we need a
minute apart and just yeah, just go back to our
normal ways without involving each other back in each other's
life the whole time, because now it's coming to an end.
And I think the reality is relationships between everyone and

a lot of people and their partners will maybe you
fade out with some people, and that's another realization, daunting realization.
And yeah, I think they were both just you know,
listen at a minute. But you know she'll be donning
seeing me next weekend. I'm sure we'll see each other.
