בפרק זה נפגשתי עם ניר צמח, המנכ״ל והמייסד של חברת Photomyne. דיברנו על הדרך שניר עשה, החל מההחלטה הגורלית שקיבל בזמן שגלש בקוסטה ריקה, ועד להקמת LabPixies, הסטארטאפ הישראלי הראשון שנרכש ע״י גוגל. התשוקה של ניר ליזמות הובילה אותו להקים סטראטאפ שני ,Photomyne, שעשה מהפיכה בתחום הדיגיטיזציה של הזכרונות הישנים שלנו בתמונות. ניר דיבר על החשיבות של מנטורינג, ״הרעב״ לאתגרים חדשים גם כשעובדים בגוגל, ועל הפוקוס על מה שבאמת חשוב בקריירה.
