Mek We Coffee n Reason is an interview format podcast that utilises real life experiences to navigate the adolescent mind to deal with adversities. All while educating parents and guardians on the struggles adolescents face, so they can play their part in creating a more mindful and nurturing environment for their children. We aim to create a mentally safe space for them, for them to know that someone understands what they are going through, and they are not alone. We aim to inspire adolescents to try and change their present situation and feel empowered enough to actually carry out the action. And to also understand that they may not be able to change all situations, but they know they have the power to change themselves to thrive in an impossible situation and environment.
