Ep 70: We don’t have to be what we assume people expect us to be

This week's guest is MC community member and all-round legend Dinch. We talk a lot about personal growth throughout your 20s, how we are constantly changing and the struggles that can come with that.  We touch on mental health and therapy and Dinch shares a lot about the importance of language and how he is mindful of his words. Dinch's outlook on language really changed my perspective and gave me a lot to think about, so I hope this episode does the same for you.  This is the perfect episode if you're feeling as though you're in a growth phase and are struggling to showcase that to those around you, Dinch shares some great ways of setting boundaries with your friends and family & having difficult conversations.  I hope you enjoy this ep as much as I enjoyed recording it!  Challenge: Put your phone in another room or out of reach at night and don't go and grab it as soon as you wake up.
