This week's guest is MC community member and all-round legend Dinch. We talk a lot about personal growth throughout your 20s, how we are constantly changing and the struggles that can come with that. We touch on mental health and therapy and Dinch shares a lot about the importance of language and how he is mindful of his words. Dinch's outlook on language really changed my perspective and gave me a lot to think about, so I hope this episode does the same for you. This is the perfect episode if you're feeling as though you're in a growth phase and are struggling to showcase that to those around you, Dinch shares some great ways of setting boundaries with your friends and family & having difficult conversations.
