Today's ep we talk about mental health, well-being and career success and how they are all intertwined. Emma Stapelton is Head of Customer Success at Mecca brands, and as impressive as her title is, it's honestly the least interesting thing about her. Emma & I's conversation dives deep into what it took to get her to where she is today, her struggle with mental health, chronic illness and all the other sh*t life throws at you while you're trying to work and figure out who tf you are?? Emma is sooo wise, and shares so many incredible gems and tools from her own experiences that I can't wait for you to hear. Challenge: Take a piece of paper & write down all of the change you've experienced in your life (work, personal etc.). After you do that, take another piece of paper and write down a list of your 10 best qualities (the things you like the most about yourself, your strengths etc.). Then take those 2 lists sit them side by side, and while you take a look at them think about how many of your best qualities you would have if you hadn't gone through all of those changes. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
