This week's guest is founder of 20 Talk a platform for young adults to integrate mental health tools into their life. Leighton's passion for preventative mental healthcare comes from personal experience both with himself and others in his life that have suffered.  We walk openly about mental health & wellness, how it's an ongoing struggle and that everybody deals with things differently. We also talk about how systems are letting young people down and that we need to demand more from our government in where our $$ are going.  This episode is perfect if you're feeling alone in your mental health struggles, and want an insight into what it's like to run a purpose-driven business (the ups and downs not just the shiny side!)  I hope you enjoy this ep as much as I enjoyed recording it!  Challenge: To combat information overload, create an excel spreadsheet or notes on your phone & create a note called "Life lessons" when you hear something or read something that really resonates with you add it to your life lessons list. You will begin to curate a list of things that you really resonate with and can read them as reminders when life gets a little too confusing.  If you do this weeks challenge please let us know how you go with it and tag us in your stories or send us a DM if you do it we'd love to hear how you went :)

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
