Der Kampf um ein Formel-1-Rennen wird noch immer hart ausgefochten. Eine Vielzahl an neuen Austragungsorten buhlt um einen F1 Grand Prix. Allein in Südafrika kämpfen drei Veranstalter darum, die Königsklasse zurück nach Afrika zu holen. Gleichzeitig wird auch in Ruanda für einen Grand Prix geworben. Bereits verkündet wurde ein Stadtrennen in Madrid ab der Saison 2026. Seitdem wurde es jedoch still um die Strecke und die Veranstaltung. Wird das überhaupt etwas? Neue Strecken bedeuten auch zwangsläufig den Verlust von bestehenden Austragungsorten. Die F1 hat sich eine neue Kalenderrotation ausgedacht, um wenigstens alle paar Jahre auf den Traditionsstrecken zu fahren. Aber wer rotiert raus und wer rein? Und wie würde unser Wunsch-Rennkalender aussehen?
