SEEDS is a podcast about a set of somatic touch principles that we call Somatic Mindfulness and how it is changing the practices and lives of LMTs and practitioners. Each episode is a brief conversation with someone who has adopted these principles sharing how it’s affecting their work and their views about massage and life. We are always curious to hear how Somatic Mindfulness principles affect our practitioners' clients. April has had some rewarding and positive feedback from her clients. She also offers her method to helping clients tune in to begin cultivating their own mindful sensory awareness.
