Soul Scan: A Powerful Testimony of Healing, Faith, and Purpose

Vanesa Alcantara is an author, speaker, and founder of Soul Scan Inc., a faith-based movement equipping women to rise from feeling stuck to walking in freedom. With a background in Psychology and Biblical studies from Alliance University, Vanesa combines spiritual insight and emotional intelligence to guide women on their healing journey. Since 2012, she has served in ministry alongside her husband Ernesto. He currently serves as a pastor on staff at their church. They are raising their three beautiful children—Sarai, Joelle, and Samuel—with intentionality and faith. Vanesa is passionate about helping women experience deep transformation by confronting pain, breaking free from limiting mindsets, and drawing closer to God. Through the annual Soul Scan Women’s Conference, Vanesa creates a dynamic and sacred space for women to Deal, Heal, and Grow—offering tools, truth, and community for lasting change. Her mission is clear: to empower women to live whole, walk boldly, and fulfill their God-given purpose.
