The message covered love, subtle energy, awakening, one consciousness, inner resources, and more, but it's most important message was that you must come to know your divine beingness. Divine beingness is our essence and the most powerful way of being available to us. The episode also included an energy exercise that is a helpful tool for shifting into powerful states that can heal and empower us. And a beingness exercise was also included to help us come to have an inner knowing and experience of who we are as our true self.
