This episode is a super-informative conversation with Swami Nityananda who heads the Awake Yoga Meditation community in Baltimore, Maryland. The conversation focused on how we can change our consciousness to be happier and more fulfilled in our lives and even change the world. Swami points out that conscious creation is everyone's divine birthright since we are all part of the Divine - even if we're not aware of that fact or how to use that knowledge. You are able to pay attention and choose, and that is central to conscious creation. You tell the Divine what you want more of by going within and asking yourself what you would love to create, then feel the feeling of having it, and come back to that feeling often. Becoming aware and choosing enable you to shift your consciousness. Be that which you desire. Be the love and be the abundance you desire. I strongly recommend that you listen to Swami's wonderfully clear explanations of how to respond to life's challenges and then open to the best in life instead.
