He's been involved in sports and fitness since he was a child, majored in nutrition and food science, worked at a hospital for three years as a diet technician, has been a personal fitness trainer and group trainer for four years, he is a registered dietitian and now has 13 years of overall experience in fitness and nutrition, and on this episode we dive in on the mix of fad diet, the difference between a nutritionist and a dietitian, and why you would need either one, auto immune disease, and so much more.
